Easy to understand the entire process , extremely helpful and kind. Everything went way smoother than I expected
It was rarely clear whom I was supposed to communicate with when I had questions. I would call customer service, long wait time, and frequently got conflicting answers. An attempt too contact Jonathan Weiss by email, went unanswered. I finally reached Antoine in customer service who steered me back to Jonathan. Document portal and customer service made the process seamless.
Received too many emails and calls that I could not answer (in meetings). Closing papers not accurate as I has called to request so closing had to be rescheduled
