This place is a joke. Selling over msrp and saying all dealerships are doing that.. nope. Autonation Ford in Scottsdale is selling under msrp (6k under for explorers) and will actually give you an out the door price and not make you sit there all day... don't waste your time at Peoria Ford.

my husband and I cam in with a trade in, after 6 hours or sitting and finally making a deal with what they were offering we decided to go with a 2020 explorer after we spent an additional 2 hours in finance we didn't leave until 9pm on a Friday. To say the lease we arrived at 330. Very king process, ours sales guy was great and understanding but not anyone else we spoke with. Fast forward to Sunday we realized there was gashes in the tires that were over looked and the tread with completely gone. ( not sure how this even pas... read more

Biggest rip offs ever. I should have known from the last time I was here and Robert had called me 3 days later telling that he made a mistake on my bill and that I owed a $300 deductible and if I would come in and pay it. Lol not..... I had $100 and paid it Now today I was told my oil change was going to be $69. 95 and WOW it turns out to be $117 Then they send me a link of the things that I needed done to my car. Another WOW $1571. 49 NO I did not pay for anything. Went to my HONEST me mechanic who I should have gone to in ... read more

Garrett is a joke of a human. I ordered a Mach E back in September because I was pregnant I needed a bigger car. After waiting NINE months, I was so excited to get this car. But of course dealerships not getting with the times, they had to put a giant dent in my experience. First I dealt with Agron who was ok. He kept pushing me to come into the dealership and I kept explaining I have a very tiny baby and they're very sick. He kept insisting to try because it was the last day of the month. They did not offer in home delive... read more

It's funny that Ford wants to talk to me now. But when I purchased the car, trying to get any assistance was like pulling teeth. I was assured by your idiot of a car salesman that all recalls on the carfax report had been taken care of, and I have texts to that effect. Only to find out the ONE I knew about was not fixed, and in fact, you lied to me about it being handled. Only to find out there were 4 TOTAL REPORTED BEFORE I PURCHASED THE CAR LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. So you can figure that out yourself. You've lied to me and on... read more

Peoria Ford displayed the worlds absolute worst customer service. The Sales Manager, Mike, needs a lesson in customer service and how to maturely talk with potential clients. I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from Peoria Ford, because we could not agree on the numbers/prices, but regardless of that, Mike was incredibly condescending, rude, and displayed terrible customer service. In the competitive auto-sales industry, ever client should be treated as a "guest in your house" and be talked with respect, understandi... read more

Deceitful pricing tactics & false advertising! 2023 mustang gt base model listed for $39,140 on car gurus. Upon running numbers that number ~ $48000 due to "Dealer options" what those options where was vaguely discussed such as tinted windows and paint protection. They stated that the pricing was show online including options and that I failed to see that. It in-fact does not show the almost $7,000 markup not including title/tax etc. After discussing some absolutely disgusting financing & pricing options I had asked for my k... read more

DO NOT ORDER A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I ordered a 2023 Ford Explorer from Peoria Ford in January. I got an email from Ford saying my Explorer was delivered. Order # W305, VIN: 1FM5K7GC4PGB05419. I called Peoria Ford and spoke to sales manager Josh. He told me they sold my Explorer to someone else. I then filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company Case: CAS42644407. What a kick in the pants. I waited for 3 months for the car I and they sell it to someone else. I hope whomever they sold it to enjoys it. That is terrible ... read more

Bad experience with used vehicle. Bought a used vehicle from this dealership. They were supposed to do a thorough inspection before releasing the vehicle to us. It would appear that they did not do a very good job. To start they sold us a vehicle with no key. They provided us with a broken fob but inside there was no key so I can not get a replacement made as I do not have the original. Another issue was the battery. Less than a month of having the vehicle the battery dies and I have to replace it out of pocket. Another iss... read more
