Peoria Ford Con Artist Beware, F & I will lie to you to get you to buy a 3000.00+ extended warranty when the reality is it's not an extended warranty and runs concurrent to the same warranty by the manufacture. Stay away from these con artist.
They must have more business than they can handle. About mid-afternoon I found a used car I was interested in on their website and submitted the request form. My request was forwarded to a sales rep that was scheduled to have the next two days off. His sales manager reached out on the first day but when I returned the call about 30 minutes later he wasn't available and he didn't return my call the remainder of the day. Peoria Ford has disappointed me! 2017 Escape had problems after 3 weeks. Warranty covered some of it, rest is my problem. No more cars from them, very disappointed and sad!

So when closing out our 2nd home in Phoenix area we sold our Focus to Peoria Ford with iffy paperwork done and now have received notice they are financing a new car for us we did not purchase and they are NOT responding to our calls as to what is going on.
Peoria Ford...Scam Artist Nothing but scam artist. They will tell you anything you want to hear to snake you into to buying a car from them. Once you do, you'll find out soon enough you were lied to. Deceptive and Poor Communication Went in and agreed to purchase a truck upon test drive since it wasn't ready. When I went back in I told the sales manager I only wanted to buy if they dropped the extended warranty and theft protection, which I was originally going to add. He said they would drop both from the contract, so did the finance guy. Now 45 days later neither have been cancelled and they don't return calls. Going to post the pictures of the text messages from the sales manager.
Do not recommend My key broke from the fine. We paid 125 for just a key! We went back and we’re told they would warranty the keys out. Per usual it’s always something after the fact. I e had this car since 2019, not once did my previous key break. I’ve had the “new” key for 4 months and it’s broken, now instead of admitting the job work was terrible, now they claim I forcefully turned the key and caused it to break but they’re willing to give me $30.00 off to remake a key . What a joke.
Don't ever purchase a car from this dealership Pathetic customer service,addeded 5k worth additional services product's one of them is kahu,the purpose of system is to track the car and its failed to do the only thing its need to do ,when called the dealership about issue ,the lady from finance department wasn't help at us and she was being very rude in answering the questions,i paid 2.5k for this service and in return I don't even get proper response
AVOID this place! Where to start? Buyer beware. This dealership adds charges—paint protection and their anti-theft system advising it’s mandatory, non-negotiable but not listed on their Sticker. They didn’t activate the system, nor provided any proof that they applied an paint coat protection. I had to take car back to activate their anti theft system and another appointment to coat the paint.
