Cant believe anyone buys a vehicle from this place The way I was treated by Steve Piro was unspeakable.The only thing he was consistent on were the lies that came from his mouth.This place is an absolute joke. Offers to purchase cars, does not value your time An employee from Peoria Ford, Jonathan Saldivar, contacted me about a car I had listed for sale on Craigslist. At first I declined as dealerships tend to offer very low amounts. I explicitly told this to Jonathan, but he immediately assured me that they could make an offer in my price range. Worst Customer Service Ever I got my recall done at Peoria Ford and they left my car in worse shape than it was and simply do not care about correcting it. Do not use this place- I have never experienced worse customer service in my life.
Similar to the other reviews Similar to the other reviews, drove 2 hours only to find out the car I was looking at had already been sold even though I had asked prior to driving to the declaration. They then tried to up sell to another vehicle.
Impossible to get any numbers from them in writing After multiple attempts via email to get hard numbers on the car, I gave up. It was all a smoke and mirrors game for the dealership to never commit and just get me to make the hour-long drive in without any commitments. Get a Second Opinion for Services I have always gone to this dealership in the past, however this time around my warranty expired and I needed to get a few things checked out along with a safety recall fixed. They quoted me 2 grand for labor and parts that needed to be replaced when both parts worked perfectly well and it took less than an hour to repair. 3 times a charm Showed up and like many reviews on here they discount cars heavily and them hit you with the “that would have been applied anyway” joke. Bait and switch place. They want to see how much you’re willing to dish out and then offer you the bottom of the barrel.
Seems to be a pattern... Found a jeep I liked online so I called them to set up an appt to see it. I'm not close so the soonest I could get in was Wed. They said they'd call me Tues and verify the jeep was still there. I checked tues afternoon and price had gone up $3300. When they called me I asked and was told the sale had ended. Scam behaviors bought a used vehicle from this dealership about a year and a half ago. I also purchased an extended warranty. The warranty that was described to me was the ‘platinum’ package, a full coverage warranty with the exception of regular maintenance items, and I agreed.
