Dissatisfied I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang from Peroia Ford for the agreement of the online price of $17,000. I put $8000.00 down and they gave me $10,000.00 for my car which I owned outright. Lied to! Drove out for a car they said would be detailed and ready! Car was extremely dirty, AC was broke so putting my kids in it for a test drive was a nightmare! Then I was told it was placed online by accident and the price will go up significantly!
Horrible Experience, Avoid Just bought a 2019 Mustang GT and what a nightmare. First off they switched financing to a different term without telling be right before final signing, extending the loan (more interest). I was irritated, but decided to stick with it to keep payments down. I was told I was buying a car with satellite radio, but upon delivery was informed that the car didn't have it. They screwed me - unethical dealership Fully agreed to terms on the purchase of a Ford F-150. Three employees - salesman, financing and sales manager said we had a deal. Even got text messages from two of them confirming the deal. Told them I would pay cash but would three days to get the cash available. Baited for no reason On 5/23/19 I noticed a very nice F-150 listed on Peoria Fords website for $53,744. That same truck is listed on cars.com for $54,274. No big deal, but I figured I would email the dealership for clarification. I sent an email to Jon Saldivar asking if the $53,744 price was correct for the specific F-150 I was inquiring about. I feel sorry for the Buyers that don’t understand I just left, what a joke. I attempted to buy a car they had listed for 13,900. They put on all these fees that brought it to $18,900, then they told me they would give me 1k for my beautiful Mustang Convertible with 85k miles on it all chromed out. Buyer beware nothing but problems Buyer beware, this place is a terrible place to buy a used car. I wouldn't do it again, and I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. I have had nothing but issues with the finance department to get my warranty cancelled. I filled out paperwork to cancel the warranty two days after purchasing the car (that was over a month ago) now they are claiming they never received the paperwork even though I walked it in myself.
