they didn't put my air filter cover on completely yet again. there was a nice gap in it. sounded like i was driving a loud muscle car
After $1314.00 Peoria Nissan didn't fix anything wrong with the car and wanted to charge another $800.00 for something they couldn't guarantee would fix the problem. Every reason the vehicle was in the shop is still happening and I'm out $1, 300.00
Avoid Peoria Nissan at All Costs! My experience at Peoria Nissan was a nightmare from start to finish. The sales team was more focused on "qualifying" me than actually helping, and the finance department aggressively pushed unnecessary financing despite my insistence on paying cash. There were issues every single time with service techs either doing something wrong, or not doing, with mine and my daughter's car. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Robert and Al were excellent in resolving those issues, but I no will longer have anything to do with this dealership.

Wasted 2 Saturdays for them to essentially do nothing, and my issue still persists
Took car in to diagnose and repair. Repair was not covered under warranty. Had to pay for diagnostic since repair was not covered. Tech quoted rear up against firewall O2 sensor. I took the vehicle home and diagnosed myself. Correct broken O2 sensor was bank 2 sensor 2 which is in the front of the vehicle. 10 minute job at most. I replaced the sensor myself.
