I don't recommend this dealer at all.

The worst experience ever. Service advisor told me to drive my car with a bad alternator. Then Service manager told me they test drove my car after replacing alternator. My mileage never changed and the belt snapped a minute after I started it up. They misdiagnosed the whole thing.

Horrible. Got the car back after they replaced the axels and the driver side spring crunchs when I break hard and it smells like burning plastic. Last service was to replace the ac compressor. Now I have a brand new ac compressor, but the ac doesnt work cause theres still a leak they never fixed. Peoria nissian is by far the worst place Ive ever gotten a car from

Absolutely horrible and they replace the AC compressor and gave it back to me with a brand new AC compressor a week later the AC goes out because they never fix the leak and now refused to fix the leak

Customer service fail me this time. Ive been loyal customer to Nissan Service Peoria and this time they didnt meet my expectations. I wasnt greeted when I pulled my car in. Waited over 5min then I got out and went inside and stood there for a while before they acknowledged me that I need help. I did have an appointment set but they didnt bother to help was on the phone the whole time and tells me theyll take care of what I need. I was promised it will get it done by an hr a half. I took the car in at 8am appointment and was told by Allen or Alan not sure the spelling of the name that it will take about 2 hours. At 11am (3 hours later) I called and asked about my vehicle and was told that my service Advisor Alan was busy with another customer and will call me back in 10 minutes. Alan not only did not keep me posted on the progress of my car but he also did not call me back so I decided to go pick up my car at about 12pm.
