About this business

When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

Typical dealership garbage. Got my son approved for a used truck and gladly took his down payment yesterday. Today got a call to return it because the loan didn't go through. I don't care what went wrong bad business and say no up front, After reading the follow up dealership feed back on other post. I am not interested. This is a buyer beware site. Update on review and response. Sands Kia was amazing and took care of his needs without two empty promises and clearly made sure his vehicle was a done deal. No call is needed.... read more

Josh it was not a couple days I came back from a trip 1 week later and still wasn't done. They had to rent me out another vehicle because mine was still not done. Get your facts right I have the paperwork for the car and rentals. plus they sold me a used car as a brand new one I have facts on that too.

First of all the sales person Kendrick was very kind and attentive to all my vehicle needs. When it came to buying my car. But the service manager terrible customer service. When I purchased my car I know for a fact it came with the plastic engine cover. So when I took my car in for a free one time oil change. They service people removed it and never put it back on. I didn't think I needed to check and inspect my car after picking it up from the oil change because I thought they would put everything back where it belong... read more

To many games played 3 managers busting your balls to make a deal spending way to much time on a simple car deal If you try to walk out there are 2 nanagers running after you just say yes or no to the desk not spending 8 hours to purchase a car

Go anywhere else if you need service. My car was broken for 7 months, and the service writer wouldn't answer any questions. He would just tell me Nissan engineers are working in it and then hung up on me. The service manager told me I have your car, I don't use that feature so you don't need it. I took my car to Midway Nissan and they had it fixed within an hour. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.

Had the horn stop on my used Titan. Did research and determined it was the clock spring assembly. Decided too much for me to repair as it involved removing airbag and steering wheel. Called NP parts for cost of this was quoted a price. talked with service, they quoted a total price of 7-750 for labor and parts. While truck was there being repaired, received email with other suggested services and the price of what I brought it in for had jumped $50. Went to pick it up and price had jumped another $75 plus dollars. With a... read more

I see why the low reviews, I have been calling the parts department all morning And can't get any help because they won't and the phone. If it's this he's to get parts I would rather drive across the valley to a dealership that actually talks to customers

Last week our 2013 Altima SL started having a code "OD" Off pop up and our car went into a lower gear, causing the car to severely slow down on the freeway. To get the car to run at a higher speed, we had to pull over, stop the car, wait a few minutes, and restart the car. Very scary on the Freeway. I called immediately to get an appointment with the dealership to find out what was wrong. We ended up with a new transmission and some brake work costing $6900. We drove to Long Beach, CA for vacation cruise. On our return home... read more

As I saw someone referred that his hub cap is stolen.... I had to endorse that. Same happened to me. I didn't think they stole them, but apparently forgot to reinstall both 2 on one side. Asked to check the repair shop to find them. 2 min waiting time he came back and said "no, I didn't find it" I doubt he really looked for them. Asked to talk with maintenance manager as I had other issues with their services - basically far from professional even though it's a dealership and I bought my car brand new. First what the... read more
