My wife and I both travel for work quite often and together whenever we can. Pet Paradise is handy because the company has their "pet resorts" near Houston's two major airports. You just dial in an extra 15 minutes to drop off your dog before going to the airport. Five stars to the Houston JFK staff for their exceptional service and support provided to our fur babies during a most stressful family crisis. .Called away unexpectedly and not knowing what/when/or how long I would be away it was one less thing I had to worry about with the dogs..I know they don't understand as we have never left them for an extended period but the love and attention you guys give makes the away time special for them ..Thanks pet paradise.

I have been looking for a new place to board my two schnauzers when we go out of town and brought them to Pet Paradise for a day camp to see how it was. Blake greeted me upon arrival and even remembered speaking to my husband on the phone when he had called to get some information. He gave me a quick tour and answered some additional questions I had. The folks here were very nice for our Dora's first visit! They offer Daycare and many activities. Also, they have cameras (The view on mobile device is crap, but on laptop/pc it looks pretty good!). We are going to be using these guys as our spot to board our dog!!

I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to board their fur baby. I recently boarded my 6 year old pit bull for three nights and I could not have been more pleased with the care he was given. Because of his breed, I was initially worried that he would be locked up the whole weekend and not allowed any human or other canine contact. However, that was not the case. We were looking for a place to board our dogs and Pet Paradise gave us a free "Day Camp" so we could tour their facilities and leave our 2 dogs there all day to play. When I went to pick them up, they were outside and running around with the other dogs. They were having such a great time I felt a little guilty picking them up. I just moved to the Houston area from Florida and was relieved to find out about the Pet Paradise Hobby location. The location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly & accommodating. Additionally, the staff keep the facility clean which is awesome!! My dog seemed to like the place since he was happy but somewhat reluctant to leave when I picked him up. Overall, great experience and have already booked reservations for the future!!!

I love this location! It is so convenient to Hobby airport and the staff is always incredibly friendly. No one likes to leave their pet, but I know mine is in great hands when I go out of town. I have used this location multiple times and will keep coming back. Max is always so happy to be able to swim and get an ice cream treat :) highly recommended!

This is the best place to leave your pet! Our dog Beau loves the pool! He's always happy and worn out when he comes home. You can have pictures emailed to you (which always look professional). We drive the extra 20 minutes to get here even if we aren't flying out.
