This is our favorite place to leave our dogs when we are on vacation. We know are dogs are safe and having fun. They were extremely flexible when our pick up date changed too. Thanks Pet Paradise for taking care of our fur babies!

We have tried many doggie hotels over the years. Once we tried Pet Paradise we won't go anywhere else. My grand doggie loves the staff so much she walks in the front door and keeps walking looking at the staff to open her door. The staff is very attentive to her special needs. We won't leave our Shas with anyone else. I recommend you give them a try.

We are new to the Houston area and were looking for a facility for our puppy poodle, and we definitely found a gem! St.Claude always has a blast anytime he is here for daycare or staying overnight. The facility is always clean, and the staff genuinely love dogs and have amazing customer service. St. Claude loves the inground pool and he always comes home exhausted from playing with his camp buddies. Another great experience. Love to see how the staff loves and cares for them as much as we do! We hate leaving them behind when we go on vacation, but know that they are well cared for here! We cannot trust to leave them anywhere else, this will forever be their pet boarding location.

I just happen to come across this place one day and so glad I did! I walked in and everybody was so nice and they instantly gave me a tour of the facility that my Oreo would be staying in. I instantly fell in love and made an appointment for his free first day the next week. Yesterday I dropped him off and he was nervous but to my surprise when I picked him up he was as happy as can be. He ran to me and was jumping everywhere!! My dogs stayed at Pet Paradise for a few days while we were away for Thanksgiving. They were well-taken care of and looked great when I picked them up. The Pet Paradise staff was very friendly and seemed attentive to their furry guests. I also enjoyed receiving pictures daily and getting updates on how they were doing. I'll be booking with Pet Paradise again in the future!

As a first timer using Pet Paradise we were very pleased with the outcome. Not only were we able to drop our girls off at 4am to accommodate our holiday flight, but they were willing to go the extra mile to verify our baby's vaccinations. Things were made very simple for us and we felt comfortable trusting them with our littles. In addition to already competitive prices, they also offer a generous military discount! First time coming to this location but staff was extremely nice upon entry. They took the time to ask me the right questions about my dog. I could tell also that other dog owners who were present and regulars really liked the place. The dogs actually looked pretty happy and had someone with them during playtime. I felt good leaving my dog With them:)

This location is very convenient and clean. Our dogs like coming here. The only reason I wouldn't bring my big dog here is because he's scared of thunderstorms and they are basically outdoor kennels. With that said, the staff is very helpful and gives him Benadryl when needed. I would keep an eye on the receipt before payment because we've been charged wrong a few times but caught it ourselves.
