First time coming to this location but staff was extremely nice upon entry. They took the time to ask me the right questions about my dog. I could tell also that other dog owners who were present and regulars really liked the place. The dogs actually looked pretty happy and had someone with them during playtime. I felt good leaving my dog With them:)

This location is very convenient and clean. Our dogs like coming here. The only reason I wouldn't bring my big dog here is because he's scared of thunderstorms and they are basically outdoor kennels. With that said, the staff is very helpful and gives him Benadryl when needed. I would keep an eye on the receipt before payment because we've been charged wrong a few times but caught it ourselves.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Answered all my questions. Very clean facility. My dog loved her stay here and loved playing with the other pups and didn't receive any discrimination (she's a pitbull mix) and I was even given a progress report on how she behaved during her stay. Definitely going to return!

Today at the recommendation and referral of our good friends Ronnie and Amy Siemssen , me and my son had chance to go by Pet Paradise Hobby location. We have been trying to find a boarding facility to board our dog Cooper while we go on a cruise, but hadn't had any luck until Pet Paradise. We were very impressed with both the staff and the facility. It's never easy to leave your pup-especially when he has separation anxiety like mine, but the staff here was so thorough when checking in you can tell they really care for your pets as their own. Also, the pictures they sent each day were a highlight on my trip, it just made it that much more comforting to see him having a great time! Definitely recommend boarding here!!

We love Pet Paradise Hobby location. My two dogs started boarding with the facility about 5 years ago, and two years ago were devastated for our dogs when we had to move out of state and could no longer use Pet Paradise. Fast forward two years later, happy to see many of the same faces still at the facility--same commitment to our dog family and great care. i was so happy that i found this place. The hobby location is well kept and clean all the time, staffs are super friendly and attentive. The second day we dropped my two dogs in daycare, the staff called out by their names, how amazing is that. I know my babies are in good hand, and i couldn't be happier. Oh did i mention they have a fabulous photographer who takes really nice pet photos?!!Love to see those happy faces on social medias. would recommend this place to my friends and family!

This place is amazing! We have been bringing our Husky here for about a year now. When we first started bringing him, he was very shy and hesitant around people and wasn't sure what to make of the place. A year later, he bolts from the car and leaves me in the dust! The staff will answer any question you may have, and treat your dog like it's their own.

Took a tour - received free day of camp - she loved it! The staff is top notch! Everything is super clean and maintained. You feel very comfortable know your dog is in excellent hands! We are looking forward to our next stay! Post stay: everything was amazing! Got daily pics, and Maggie was all bathed and cut when we picked her up after hours!! We will be back!!!
