I have never put my dog 'Teddy' to any Pet boarding service and I was very worried about finding a good place for him to stay when I can not find any relative to take care for him when we are on vacation, but after visited the location and dropped Teddy for a few hours on get acquainted day (free of charge), I'm very please with facility, the amount of space of the kennels and cleanliness.

Going out of town for a week and have never left our spoiled dogs in a boarding facility. Several friends recommended Pet Paradise so we arranged to go check out the place and take them in for day camp to see how they would like it. By the time we went to pick them up they were exhausted and looked like they had thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Dropping them off today for their week long vacation - excited to see photos of their adventure. I'm going to miss them terribly but I know they will be in good hands!

First of all, as you walk in, you're hit with a clean environment! We took our Winston for his first doggy daycare experience and the staff was great and showed passion in regards to the animals. They were eager to provide answers to all of my questions. The space itself and services offered to keep Winston comfortable while away from home were great. We will def use their services again! Thank you!

My husband and I were so impressed with how professional and sweet everyone was at Pet Paradise Hobby. We called several times during our trip to check in and they never once sounded annoyed. We were able to relax while knowing our dog Princess was being loved and cared for. We're already booking our next trip! We only trust Pet Paradise now!

Not very happy with how the company mandates a min 3 night stay for a 6 day stretch that includes a holiday within it (ex. 6/30-7/6). My pet only needed 2 nights. Why would I pay for 3? There is NO information on the website to indicate this policy nor does it reflect the increase in per night stay ($6 per night difference). I am always fine with adjusting WHEN the information is provided up front. But don't let me book the dates on lol be and then you call and tell me at the time of these differences. Atmosphere A+ The dogs have a gracious amount of space in the standard kennels with a great view. The staff is very tentative to my doggies needs. They walk through the door and are greeted on a first name basis. Price A++ The most affordable boarding facility in south Houston within a 15 mile radius. I was actually very pleasantly surprised by this place. I had heard great things from my neighbor who uses the boarding service but, when it comes to my dog, it's hard to take anybody's word for it. I was happy to find that they offer a "Get Acquainted" day care session, free of charge. I took my little man in, did a quick tour of the area, left them with his food and some clear warnings on behavior. OMG!!! This place is AMAZING!!! I have taken my dog to different places and this place, when I walked in I didn't even know dogs were there! I smelled so good! I was so impressed plus I got a lot of great deals because of a family referral!

I love, love, love this place! And more importantly my two beagles seem to love it more. It's the only place I've ever taken them that they run to the staff and leave me without a fuss. The staff is amazing and obviously animal lovers. Every time I pick them up, regardless of what staff is at the front desk, they know my pups and tell me about their stay.
