Both of my babies stayed there for their get acquainted day and came home tired and happy. They must have had a blast playing with the other dogs. The next day they were going back to get boarded and they were wagging their tails and excited when they showed up at the parking lot. I picked up the dogs after a three night stay and noticed that the blankets and the mats that I provided for the dogs were not used. Absolutely love this place!!! They truly care about my dog and know him on a first name basis just after a few times of going to daycare. The staff is always so friendly and check in/check out is so easy and quick. I have nothing bad to say about pet paradise and would claim it as the best pet boarding in Jacksonville !! I love to bring my Jaxy here! He get's so excited as soon as he gets to the door. The staff is very friendly and they take good care of him. I don't worry about him at all! I started with the introductory day, moved up to a few days here and there and random overnight stays to now bringing him everyday! He comes home and snores! The facility is clean, and offers vet and grooming services. One stop shop. Thank you Pet Paradise @ JAX.

I've been bringing my guys here for the entire time they have been open. They have always taken good care of my pups for me. Everybody that works there is friendly and seems to Ginuwine Lee love dogs which is an extra bonus. They are good with special requests and take care to give medicine. Now they have also obtained a vet service so while I love my original vet, it's just a little too convenient to have them get their annuals done when they are already there. Two birds with one stone. We have used PP JAX Airport location for 3 years now and every time we come, our dog, Beau, can't wait to go play. The staff knows him by name, and when we pick him up, he always is so clean from his "go home bath." The staff are always friendly, and very accommodating with early morning and late nights due to flight schedules. Super convenient! Nothing else compares. Beau gets a cute "Pawgress" card after every visit too which is fun and helpful.

We have used this location of Pet Paradise for some years now. The online booking system is pretty solid; and they usually send confirmations pretty quickly. Our pets have always been safe- a primary concern. We miss the camera rooms they used to have and wish they would bring them back. As our dogs do not play well with others all the time; the private play time thing works well for the girls. Make holiday reservations in advance and always ensure you receive a confirmation...

Great location! Easy for airport access or I-95 access. Clean and friendly. We have a cat. They take great care of her. She gets a three story kitty condo so she can do her cat thing.

This is the first place we've ever left our dog and after day 1 we knew we could take him back. Not only is the Pecan Park facility clean, the staff was extremely helpful, professional and so nice. Our black lab came home with a report card, a list of his new "friends" and was over all completely worn out (and lab owners will know that this means he played hard)!
