If I could give ZERO stars I would. I dropped my dog off at 9:30 am for vaccinations and grooming. I had to call the office at 5:30 pm to find out if Hendrix was ready. When asked, the response from the person answering the phone was "yeah he's ready". Why didn't anyone call me?! Upon picking up Hendrix, I noticed he was dirty. His ear fur still had the same little matted area underneath that he had when he was brought in. His eyes weren't cleaned and he smelled terrible. The website mentioned nothing about a VIP suite for the ice cream. In fact, I've never heard of the VIP suite until now. More lies. People, go to the website and see for yourself. Pet Paradise sucks!

We are very sorry that you feel we did a bait and switch. The free ice cream on the website is only advertised with the VIP suites. Those rooms do include a number of extra amenities. ***UPDATE*** It has been two weeks and not one person has reached out to me to follow up. Not even a phone call to check up on my Dog after his traumatic visit. Very disappointment, couldn't recommended. This review is only for the resort services, as the vet services offered were fantastic. I brought my golden retriever in for his first groom as well as his first day of daycare. Long story short, I was horrified at the results. I've been bringing my dogs here for several years now. But the last few times I've taken my dog here something has happened. He's gotten kennel cough and had a minor injury in which I was notified and their vet took care of. However, this last incident ended with my dog losing some of the protective pad covering from all four of his paws. I wasn't notified because the care taker at the time failed to report it. I had my dog on the premium wellness plan for 2 years till he passed away. When I picked up his ashes I asked if they had cancelled his plan. I was told the cancellation policy called for paying the remaining 8mo of his wellness plan or the savings he accrued as a result of having the plan, whichever was less. I asked if this part of the cancellation policy applied to deceased animals and they said yes. The absolute worst. Staff is careless about missing appointments/ unorganized. A lot of drama talk in front of myself and other customers. All I care about is my dog and all they seem to care about is work gossip. Someone needs to come in here and clean house!

This review is solely on the vet services. The day-camp and boarding staff are amazing. They all love on my dog and know her by name. I purchased the new wellness program 4 months ago and it has been the worst experience. From unauthorized treatment and test, to conducting unnecessary tests, incompetent staff, and no one seems to know what's going on. Was very disappointed at this location and the communication amongst employees. I called and spoke with a nice lady inquiring about changing my current day care to Pet Paradise. She informed me that the daycare is always available and we could drop our pup off anyway this week. My wife and I went this morning to tryout this location and the young man behind the desk said "we are full and can't take accommodate your dog today". I have no problem making a reservation, but for one staff member to say "come anytime" and another ... read more

After asking for extended play time for my dog and calling the day after dropping off and again making sure he is getting playtime, I learn when picking him up the playtime was not provided. Get my baby boy home to find a large sore that clearly looks like a bite mark on his neck that was not there when I dropped him off. Wonder how that happened? Chose your boarding facilities wisely. My normal 5 star facilities were not available last minute, so I tried pet paradise. NEVER again!!
