My wife set up a daycare for socializing and grooming for Mary Kate and Sadie She asked for grooming at around 1 so they would be clean when they came home. We kept watching the cameras and didn't see them at all. Got a hold of the desk and was told they were groomed in the morning instead. And since it was in the notes of no water play, they thought it meant no yard playing because it was raining. So they spent most of the time indoors with each other, when they could have done the same at home for a lot less money.

I dropped my pup off to stay overnight while on a work trip. I checked in multiple times to see if he was playing outside. I did not see him playing outside which prompted me to call pet paradise. No one answered or returned a voicemail. I think saw my dog on the cameras limping and not running which is very rare for him. My dog stayed here from June 7th 2024 till June 15th 2024.... Worst experience ever!!! I felt safe bringing her here after I felt the place I was brining her wasn't the best well let's just say I would have rather brought her to the other place. I recently took my 1-year-old collie to Pet Paradise for his Meet the Fam visit. I was excited, thinking he would soon have a place to go each week while I am at work to have fun. Apparently, the staff did not expect me to be watching the cameras as diligently as I did after dropping him off. He spent almost 2-hours in his kennel initially. I boarded my animal here from July 9, 2022 until July 17, 2022. With an on site veterinarian, they should have no issues handling animal care. I paid over $500 for my pet to stay during the dates above. I received one phone call from Pet Paradise on Friday, July 15, 2022 about discharge from my pet's eyes. Cheyenne, with Pet Paradise, stated my pet had the discharge and the call was to inquire if the discharge was normal. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I dropped my dog off at 9:30 am for vaccinations and grooming. I had to call the office at 5:30 pm to find out if Hendrix was ready. When asked, the response from the person answering the phone was "yeah he's ready". Why didn't anyone call me?! Upon picking up Hendrix, I noticed he was dirty. His ear fur still had the same little matted area underneath that he had when he was brought in. His eyes weren't cleaned and he smelled terrible. The website mentioned nothing about a VIP suite for the ice cream. In fact, I've never heard of the VIP suite until now. More lies. People, go to the website and see for yourself. Pet Paradise sucks!

***UPDATE*** It has been two weeks and not one person has reached out to me to follow up. Not even a phone call to check up on my Dog after his traumatic visit. Very disappointment, couldn't recommended. This review is only for the resort services, as the vet services offered were fantastic. I've been bringing my dogs here for several years now. But the last few times I've taken my dog here something has happened. He's gotten kennel cough and had a minor injury in which I was notified and their vet took care of. However, this last incident ended with my dog losing some of the protective pad covering from all four of his paws. I wasn't notified because the care taker at the time failed to report it.
