Outstanding place. Our puppies, Foster & Milly love the facility and specially Wacky Wednesday. Pet Paradise is extra clean, the staff is super friendly. The location is great to 95 and easy to drop off and pick up to/from work. The Bone Shape pool is so inviting and refreshing for our puppies. Our puppies attend Wacky Wednesday every week and have stayed for our out of town vacations. This is home away from home for our puppies. I highly recommend Pet Paradise to anyone with doggies and cats :-)

I had a 2 week business trip this year. I usually board my kitties at the vet. I boarded both my cats at Pet Paradise (university ave) in Jan/Feb 2013. My cats were well taken care of and when I brought them home they were very happy. I choose Pet Paradise because they let the cats out daily in the room (and that is included in the boarding price.) Our dogs love it! I have to admit after reading the previous review, I felt a little uneasy about bringing my dogs over to the University location. We tried it and LOVED IT! The location is convenient and the staff is incredible. They know our dogs names they know exactly what they like to do and they take extra special care of them. We have always boarded our dogs at Pet Paradise. There flip videos make all the difference in the world. We have 3 dogs and there is nothing like being on vacation for 5 days, missing your babies, and receiving a flip video of our dogs playing, running around and truly enjoying themselves. It is such a comfort to know that they are being taken care of by the great staff at Pet Paradise. My wife set up a daycare for socializing and grooming for Mary Kate and Sadie She asked for grooming at around 1 so they would be clean when they came home. We kept watching the cameras and didn't see them at all. Got a hold of the desk and was told they were groomed in the morning instead. And since it was in the notes of no water play, they thought it meant no yard playing because it was raining. So they spent most of the time indoors with each other, when they could have done the same at home for a lot less money.

I dropped my pup off to stay overnight while on a work trip. I checked in multiple times to see if he was playing outside. I did not see him playing outside which prompted me to call pet paradise. No one answered or returned a voicemail. I think saw my dog on the cameras limping and not running which is very rare for him. My dog stayed here from June 7th 2024 till June 15th 2024.... Worst experience ever!!! I felt safe bringing her here after I felt the place I was brining her wasn't the best well let's just say I would have rather brought her to the other place. On June 12th I received a call that my dog was injured in the yard. When I spoke the managers said my dog was just running around playing with another dog and she ran past another dog with her friend and the dog charged my dog and bit her ! I recently took my 1-year-old collie to Pet Paradise for his Meet the Fam visit. I was excited, thinking he would soon have a place to go each week while I am at work to have fun. Apparently, the staff did not expect me to be watching the cameras as diligently as I did after dropping him off. He spent almost 2-hours in his kennel initially. I boarded my animal here from July 9, 2022 until July 17, 2022. With an on site veterinarian, they should have no issues handling animal care. I paid over $500 for my pet to stay during the dates above. I received one phone call from Pet Paradise on Friday, July 15, 2022 about discharge from my pet's eyes. Cheyenne, with Pet Paradise, stated my pet had the discharge and the call was to inquire if the discharge was normal.
