Spoke with the manager of this Pet Paradise who was even more upset about the groomer's action last than I was. She had all the email and voice correspondence that this woman had with us, often through the receptionist. Resolution of this incident is ongoing, but I'm impressed with management's swift action against what appears to be the more egregious dismissal of customer care I've ever experienced.

Pet Paradise NOLA is hands down the best boarding facility I have ever taken my dog to!!! I have a job that takes me away sometimes months at a time, especially during COVID, and without hesitation the PP Team supported me in every way possible. I am thankful for them every day and there is nowhere else I would want my dog. All of them are so incredibly caring and loving towards her I feel like I'm boarding her with my own family!! Love this place. They always take such great care of my loki. I love that they seem to really care and love the animals that stay with them! Everytime I pick up my sweet boy he's always so tired from all the swimming and playing. 10/10 recommend

Pricey but at least I know my dog is in good hands! Dropping off is really fast and everyone seems nice. Sometimes picking up can take a little while though. I opted to pay extra for them to send me photo updates of my dogs stay and I love that! It's far from where I live but close to the airport which is convenient! Will keep bringing my pooch here!

We absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is the best, they have a huge in ground pool shaped like a bone (for real!) and my fur kiddo always comes home happy and tired (that's the best part!) We board, daycare, and groom here and the location is perfect when you're headed out of town.

Again, my dog was well taken care of! She was boarded for 5 days. She loves going here. She runs into the place when we drop her off. I love the fur ever connected. I get a report card of my dog's progress and pictures of her. Of course, she is always swimming. She adores the pool.

Pet Paradise saved our dogs life!!! We have always used pet paradise for our boarding needs... they are so nice and very accommodating. We moved here from Houston where we first heard of pet paradise and this location is the absolute best! I have always liked boarding Josephine instead of using an in home pet service. Recently we were flying out of town for a wedding and I booked her last minute instead of having family help out with the dog at home. Thank god she was there!!! Peanut: a sassy stray terrier-mix from the streets of Las Vegas. There is not a nice way to put it, Peanut has got some issues. Common with rescue pets, she has severe separation anxiety. Leaving her alone at home causes her stress. Additionally, Peanut is a very dominant lady and is fussy over the dogs she will be friendly with.
