Pet Paradise in Kenner is wonderful with my Maddie. I brought her in on a recent vacation and was really amazed the costumer service was amazing. The facility is very clean and felt very comfortable letting her board there. I will use their service again. I need to know my dog is safe and get the care that I would give her and pet paradise gave her that. Thank you for my peace of mind Tami R

Whiskey gets excited as soon as we pull in Love this place I have an extremely active 9 month old GSP and she loves coming here. When I pick her up she is pooped which I love. She gets several play times in a big yard with toys and other dogs. They temperament test so I don't worry that she will be too much and hurt another dog or vice versa. These people are fantastic! We booked them to keep our babies during Endymion. We called our vet to make sure their records were up to date and send them to pet paradise. When we arrived to drop off the pups, we discovered that not only had our vet NOT faxed the records over, but the dogs were also due for their Bordetella! Pure panic. We live in Baton Rouge, everywhere was booked, and everyone we knew at home was in Nola for the weekend. We are new to the area, job relocation situation. We bring our two rescue doggies, mixed breeds, Layla and Taylor to board almost every other month. Our doggies are both well cared for and loved. Our doggies love coming to Pet Paradise. Checking in and checking out takes too long at times but I do notice improvement every visit.

We have been bringing our two labs here for over 5 Years. They especially love swimming in the pool. The staff is always super nice and helpful. The manager is especially helpful. Pet Paradise allows us to go on vacation and not worry about our dogs knowing they are in great hands. We highly recommend pet paradise for boarding as well as day care.

My catahoula hound Nolabelle loves going to Pet Paradise to play with all her friends. I worried at first because she had never been around other dogs that much. The staff at Pet Paradise made her feel safe and helped her get over her fears. It's a spacious and very clean place. Nolabelle has been boarded and attends day camp. I recommend Pet Paradise to anyone who needs a safe & friendly place to leave their pet.

Our Labrador has been coming to daycare at Pet Paradise 5 days a week since July 2014 and he has loved every moment there. They have a spacious facility near the airport for maximum traveling convenience that offers plenty of room for 250 dogs to sleep, run and play. Each dog has their own suite with an inside area to nap and a small outside area so they have constant access to a bathroom. I have taken my dog to Pet Paradise a few times for extended stay. I would like to give the place 5 stars but I cannot. I will give my reason below. Pros: Clean and spacious cages (a big plus), friendly staff, an outdoor play area with a pool. Cons: It is expensive. Plus, if your dog's stay falls on a holiday they will charge you additional money for that day. One can easily end up paying hundreds of dollars for extended boarding stay. This place is extremely accommodating. I was nervous about bringing our dog there and leaving him alone for the first time since I've had him but Pet Paradise was nice enough to text when my dog was outside so I could watch him on the cameras through their app. They even took the price of the app off the bill. I had visited other kennels in the area and this place wins. They seem to truly care about the animals and spend time with them. Our pup comes home happy. Lastly it is right by the airport so its super convenient.
