I've been bringing my mixed breed dog here for about a year and a half. She loves it! She starts wagging her tail and whining with glee when we get close to the building. She will nose the door open and non-stop tail wagging when we enter the lobby. I love it when we see a familiar face and they know my girl by name. We are a big fan of their daycare. My dogs and I love this place. The staff is extremely patient and friendly! My lab can't wait to use the pet pool! I never feel bad leaving them here. It's like they are getting their on vacation. All paws for this place.

I love pet paradise and I believe the dogs love it as well as they are always excited when we pull up. But, there are a couple of things I believe they should change. 1) When I am calling the location I am dropping them off at, during working hours, I want to speak with someone physically at that location I don't want to be put to a main hub. 2) I think they need to change their rule on the 24 hour notice to drop off before or after hours. I just dropped my dogs off for a stay during our Christmas trip to Vegas. The staff was soooo helpful with making sure I had their vaccines updated and checking on Paco's skin condition and getting his meds in the system for his stay. Sherry was so helpful and letting me get my crew of 5 checked in the day before so we could make our early flight Christmas Eve morning. Thank you pet paradise..was nervous leaving my dog for four days but he had a fine stay. People were nice and helpful. Minor problem and they called right away..put my mind at ease with the thoughtful care.

I had placed reservations for both of my dogs to come here for thanksgiving. I hadn't heard anything about this place before except for their billboard by Louis Armstrong airport. After having no luck finding boarding for my up and coming trip up north, I decided to call pet paradise. Luckily they had availability. We took our three dogs when we went on vacation and I can not say enough good things about the place. All three of our dogs are rescues with varying degrees of separation anxiety, but all three did really well. They sent photos of us from them on our vacation which was a real comfort, especially when I could see all three were happy. All three dogs upon pickup looked wonderful and we will totally use them again.

I was so excited to have tried Pet Paradise last year. My dog usually suffers from separation anxiety, so to pick her up and find her happy, rested and NOT stressed was a great relief. Seeing her pictures online helps me feel connected while I am away. I can see that she is well taken care of! I just need to bring her to Day Care, too so she can socialize more. I am on my way to pick up she and her brother now. Thanks Pet Paradise !!

I love Pet Paradise!! I've left my babies with them many times. The staff is so friendly & patient, you can really see that they care about each & every dog in the facility. I will continue to use them time & time again!
