Wonderful Place! My puppy Luna had a wonderful time here and it felt good knowing that she was safe and well attended too. She was even on Facebook! Wonderful place we will be back

Our dogs are well taken care of at Pet Paradise. They come home happy and healthy. When we drop them off they run around and we know they don't mind having a little vacation at Pet Paradise.

I recently started using Pet Paradise for boarding my dogs in past year. The staff is super easy to deal with and nice. My two dogs are excited when we drop them off and are in very happy spirits once we pick them up. I recommend Pet Paradise for boarding.

I've been using Pet's Paradise for boarding my dogs for years - I have two Catahoulas and they are very familiar with Pet's Paradise. The dogs get their own hammock bed when it's bedtime, which is great! Each kennel has an outdoor run attached to it, so the dogs can go outside when they need to (and the doors are unlocked). The dogs also have a dog bone shaped pool they can take a dip in and a large play yard in the back. My dogs don't like other dogs, they are old and cranky, so they usually play alone in the yard. First of all you cannot beat the location for out of town trips. They're located near the airport so it makes it so easy to leave my dog on out of town trips! They've opened their new building, I was a little disappointed when prices went up, but they've got some great specials on doggy day camp. There are other great doggy day camps in the New Orleans area, but my dog doesn't like other dogs, I feel like the staff at Pet Paradise accommodates this. I loved that the location is close to the airport and pick up and drop off was seamless. However, my dogs had fleas when they came home. The staff was kind and the facility looked clean and engaging for my pups.

do not be fooled by PetParadise as responses to negative reviews. (AI generated) When attempted to contact them via the response, they ignore the response. The place used to be awesome years ago. now they are just animal abusers causing injury by dragging around by the neck and do not feed appropriately. They think a tiny cup works with big kibble. They obviously do not understand orders from the pets vet. My dog had lost a lot of weight while under their lack of care.

Unfortunately, they do not answer the phones when you call. What could be worse for a pet parent? You can't even check up on your pet! I had to leave town on an emergency, but of course I could not reach them by phone to bring in my dogs. This left me to take my dogs to a different place. I will continue to bring them to the other place, since they always answer the phone when I call. I do not recommend this place, especially since the one manager that cared about her customers left.

After boarding my two dogs there over the Memorial day weekend 2023 for two days, both were very sick. Both were traumatized. Both went to the vet with over $1000 worth of bills. One of them passed away, the other one is still not right. I have tried reaching out to the manager or owners numerous times but no one ever called me back. I definitely would not even consider leaving any pet in there hands.
