Pet Paradise took such good care of our baby. She came home exhausted, so I know she was occupied while we were gone. Everyone there from the manager to the receptionist knew her name, and genuinely cared about her. We'd never left her with anyone but family before, and they helped to ease our and our furbaby's anxiety. Our puppy is a picky eater, and they were proactive in using methods to help her eat, even being in the room with her while she ate. I had never boarded my fur babies and was super anxious to leave them anywhere. Pet Paradise was the only place I found (it was a last minute need) that could accomodate both my 130lbs presa canario and a non-dog friendly pit. There was a mishap with the room (I reserved the suite but it was double booked) but they took full responsjbility and we paid $0 for the entire stay. Jasmine loves her friends at pet paradise. She is happy to go there and is treated with special care by all the paradise team! Thank you for all that you do to make the day fun! I was so impressed with how compassionate pet paradise has been for the less fortunate flood communities . They are committed to helping the community get back on their feet or even their four-paws! Great staff and great place! Thank you!

Great atmosphere! The young lady that checked us in was so comforting. I had never left my two babies with strangers before and was worried. I was put at easy after touring the facility and knowing that I could tune to check up on them at anytime. If I ever have to leave them over night again I will take them to Pet Paradise

In general, I was satisfied with Pet Patadise this last time I boarded my black lab. I love seeing pictures of him having fun with the other dogs! However, I left feeling very disappointed with their grooming services. I had requested to have my dog's nails clipped. I have a difficult time doing it myself, which is why I requested their groomer do it. His nails were badly in need of a trim. Love this place I bring my dog every time I have to leave for a period of time. They are always so nice and take good care of my dog they called me when my dog wasn't eating so they gave him wet food to get him to eat, so immediately I felt relieved when I was so far away. I love the fact that they have a pool for the dogs since my dog goes crazy for water! Also the add ons such as extra play time is nice

I've been bringing my mixed breed dog here for about a year and a half. She loves it! She starts wagging her tail and whining with glee when we get close to the building. She will nose the door open and non-stop tail wagging when we enter the lobby. I love it when we see a familiar face and they know my girl by name. We are a big fan of their daycare. My dogs and I love this place. The staff is extremely patient and friendly! My lab can't wait to use the pet pool! I never feel bad leaving them here. It's like they are getting their on vacation. All paws for this place.
