I have taken my dog to Pet Paradise a few times for extended stay. I would like to give the place 5 stars but I cannot. I will give my reason below. Pros: Clean and spacious cages (a big plus), friendly staff, an outdoor play area with a pool. Cons: It is expensive. Plus, if your dog's stay falls on a holiday they will charge you additional money for that day. One can easily end up paying hundreds of dollars for extended boarding stay. This place is extremely accommodating. I was nervous about bringing our dog there and leaving him alone for the first time since I've had him but Pet Paradise was nice enough to text when my dog was outside so I could watch him on the cameras through their app. They even took the price of the app off the bill. I had visited other kennels in the area and this place wins. They seem to truly care about the animals and spend time with them. Our pup comes home happy. Lastly it is right by the airport so its super convenient.

Pet Paradise is the only place I trust to take care of my pet. The employees are professional and have built a relationship with my dog through the past couple of years. The facilities are clean and the grooming services are reasonably price as well. No complaints from me or my doggo.

Would 1000% use this facility for my dogs again. Very clean, professional and friendly. Great place, highly recommend!!

Every staff member we've met has been super friendly and helpful. They have everything your pet needs for a comfortable and fun stay! Our two pups get excited when we pull up to drop them off there, which is a nice change from them getting upset every time we pack our luggage.

Not many places are willing to accommodate dogs that can't place nice with others. They give her special one on one playtime (or with her buddy when I had two that played well). Also very few places offer the extended hours, even weekends, and especially without charging for the entire day. Worth the extra price to know she's been attended to, not just fed and crated like at the vet.

Pandora loves playing with her FurBaby friends. I would give 5 stars if the Pet Paradise Franchise would update their computer software program for AP and AR.

I called pretty last minute and they were able to take both of my pups for the weekend. They called me a few hours after I left to give me an update on my babies. I knew they were in good hands and enjoying themselves! I highly recommend and will continue to bring them here when I leave town!

My dog enjoys pet paradise. This location gives me convenience and allows to me to get my daily tasks done in peace because I know my baby is having fun! I look forward to interacting with the staff because they carry themselves in a professional and friendly manner! I can take off knowing she's having a good time!
