If I could I would give no stars, I never have to board my dogs because I always have someone watch them but on tis occasion my dog watcher was unable to. I brought both of my dogs to Pet Paradise while I was out of town. Both of my dogs stayed at Pet paradise for only 2 days. My son was the one to picked up both of my dogs, on the way home from college when the dogs were brought from the back to him he noticed they were wet. My daughter took her two dogs there for boarding over this Thanksgiving for a week. Called to pay for them so she could pick them up at her set time. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes the first time. 15 minutes the second time. Finally hung up and tried again. After the third time I put my number in the queue to be called back. Left my beagle there for boarding. For the second straight time, he came home with kennel cough. To make it even worse, they gave my beagle another dog's medication simply because they had the same first name. Never heard from the owner or anyone after I came to pick him up early. Terrible experience.

PET PRISON? The dogs here never play. I constantly check the cameras and rarely see dogs in the yard or by the pool. One day during doggy day care I was working from home and had the cameras pulled up on my extra monitor for the entire day. I only saw four groups of dogs go out, each one time. So, I paid to have my dog go out and play for less than twenty minutes (they say each play session is 20 minutes, but it definitely wasn't). I have a goldendoodle who just made a year .He has been there before & it was good until today . . Me & my dog arrived there this morning only to turn use around because of the issue wit my dog nipping the groomers . This was not his first time coming there so the groomers knew the he nipped. Disgusting facility with staff who don't listen to what you want for your dog. Feeding instructions don't get done right and the manager is absolutely rude which can be seen in previous reviews by other customers in the past, literally just look further. I don't even feel safe bringing my dogs here and I'm pretty sure my dogs never got out. I'd suggest no one go here and find other accommodations elsewhere because there are so many better boarding facilities like Canine Connections or Pawlins. Used to be a great place. Never had any issues until recently. Both of my dogs came back throwing up, tried to call, no call back. My boxer contracted kennel cough, which costs us 130+ for her treatment and physical exam. I have been told by an outside source that her dogs vaccine records were never checked. So beware and make sure you are taking your dog to a place where vaccine records are throughly assessed or your dog may end up getting kennel cough like ours.

We were super excited to drop out precious pups off here while we went on a 4 day vacation. When we picked our pups up (a boxer and Doberman not neutered) things seemed fine. But then then that evening they both had severe chemical burns on their testicles. My boxer, who is older, suffered from severe chemical burns on his testicles. Pet Paradise is actually an awesome place to board your furbabies. I have no qualms with the staff or with the facility. Its a shame that the manager is so rude and not cut out for a customer service position. She not only ruined it for us but also for any future clients that ask for my input and suggestions. Never have i been talked down to by ANYONE much less a business manager like she did. Sadly i had to keep my mouth shut because i preferred the Pet Paradise facility.
