do not be fooled by PetParadise as responses to negative reviews. (AI generated) When attempted to contact them via the response, they ignore the response. The place used to be awesome years ago. now they are just animal abusers causing injury by dragging around by the neck and do not feed appropriately. They think a tiny cup works with big kibble. They obviously do not understand orders from the pets vet. My dog had lost a lot of weight while under their lack of care.

Unfortunately, they do not answer the phones when you call. What could be worse for a pet parent? You can't even check up on your pet! I had to leave town on an emergency, but of course I could not reach them by phone to bring in my dogs. This left me to take my dogs to a different place. I will continue to bring them to the other place, since they always answer the phone when I call. I do not recommend this place, especially since the one manager that cared about her customers left.

After boarding my two dogs there over the Memorial day weekend 2023 for two days, both were very sick. Both were traumatized. Both went to the vet with over $1000 worth of bills. One of them passed away, the other one is still not right. I have tried reaching out to the manager or owners numerous times but no one ever called me back. I definitely would not even consider leaving any pet in there hands.

Interesting that these people got my 100% factual review deleted. I will keep posting ad infinitum. Horrible management, horrible customer service. They would not release my dog after promising me that she would be available if I arrived by 6:15 on a Sunday (which I did). If I were considering letting my dog stay here, I would seriously question why they are unable to release dogs after a certain time, even though they are still present in the building. Just a reminder if your thinking of going on vacation don't make the mistake I made by taking my animals to this place. My cat has never been the same since I got him back all black and blue and scared. They turned off the web cam so I couldn't see my cat while I was gone. I take my pets to Vca where I know they won't get hurt

I was just asked because of my last terrible experience if they could have a member of the management staff reach out to me which I'm more than happy to do, but I doubt it will happen. So, Pet Paradise my answer is yes and you have my contact info and yes I will keep everyone updated on your response to see if you actually care about other people's pets in your care! This should be interesting if it actually happens.

If I could I would give no stars, I never have to board my dogs because I always have someone watch them but on tis occasion my dog watcher was unable to. I brought both of my dogs to Pet Paradise while I was out of town. Both of my dogs stayed at Pet paradise for only 2 days. My son was the one to picked up both of my dogs, on the way home from college when the dogs were brought from the back to him he noticed they were wet. My daughter took her two dogs there for boarding over this Thanksgiving for a week. Called to pay for them so she could pick them up at her set time. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes the first time. 15 minutes the second time. Finally hung up and tried again. After the third time I put my number in the queue to be called back. Left my beagle there for boarding. For the second straight time, he came home with kennel cough. To make it even worse, they gave my beagle another dog's medication simply because they had the same first name. Never heard from the owner or anyone after I came to pick him up early. Terrible experience.
