We have boarded our three dogs at Pet Paradise for many years and they seem to always enjoy their stay. The staff is friendly and knows our "kids" by name and give us a review of any behavior problems. It is a clean facility, reasonable price considering they are not in a caged kennel and get free time running around instead of on a leash. They provided numerous other extras for a cost-ice cream treats, pictures sent via email while you are away, extra personal playtime, etc. Great center & wonderful staff!!

Love the pool and the indoor/outdoor options! I do wish they played more than twice a day though.

My cat is 16 years old and can't use one of her back legs. This limits her jumping to 0. Not that she can't she shouldn't. She can't stay home without constant care so I visited six vet boarding facilities with a variety of prices and cages. I decided on Pet Paradise since they have a room that is just for cats. The cats get time outside the condos twice a day. There is also a camera so I could view my kitty from the other side of the world. We brought our Sadie in right before Mardi Gras, and I was a little apprehensive because we've only had Sadie for about 1 month (she's 11 months old and we adopter her), and I was nervous about how Sadie would react and how the staff would react. The staff was amazing! They welcomed her like she was a family member and they really made me and my son feel very comfortable that we were leaving her there for a week. Almost every time, I bring RJ he is a bit nervous but after a while he starts to win over the staff. I wish he could come more but the times he does come for day camp or overnight stays it is a pleasurable experience for us all.

Pet Paradise took such good care of our baby. She came home exhausted, so I know she was occupied while we were gone. Everyone there from the manager to the receptionist knew her name, and genuinely cared about her. We'd never left her with anyone but family before, and they helped to ease our and our furbaby's anxiety. Our puppy is a picky eater, and they were proactive in using methods to help her eat, even being in the room with her while she ate. I had never boarded my fur babies and was super anxious to leave them anywhere. Pet Paradise was the only place I found (it was a last minute need) that could accomodate both my 130lbs presa canario and a non-dog friendly pit. There was a mishap with the room (I reserved the suite but it was double booked) but they took full responsjbility and we paid $0 for the entire stay. Jasmine loves her friends at pet paradise. She is happy to go there and is treated with special care by all the paradise team! Thank you for all that you do to make the day fun! I was so impressed with how compassionate pet paradise has been for the less fortunate flood communities . They are committed to helping the community get back on their feet or even their four-paws!
