Not many places are willing to accommodate dogs that can't place nice with others. They give her special one on one playtime (or with her buddy when I had two that played well). Also very few places offer the extended hours, even weekends, and especially without charging for the entire day. Worth the extra price to know she's been attended to, not just fed and crated like at the vet.

Pandora loves playing with her FurBaby friends. I would give 5 stars if the Pet Paradise Franchise would update their computer software program for AP and AR.

I called pretty last minute and they were able to take both of my pups for the weekend. They called me a few hours after I left to give me an update on my babies. I knew they were in good hands and enjoying themselves! I highly recommend and will continue to bring them here when I leave town!

My dog enjoys pet paradise. This location gives me convenience and allows to me to get my daily tasks done in peace because I know my baby is having fun! I look forward to interacting with the staff because they carry themselves in a professional and friendly manner! I can take off knowing she's having a good time!

This was the first time leaving my dogs with someone other than family. They entertained all my concerns and answered all my questions. Made me very comfortable leaving them. I got to see them playing and enjoying the water on their webcams. Definitely will use them again for both play days and boarding!

I am always apprehensive to leave my fur babies with anyone. That being said I tried Pet Paradise for the first time at Mardi Gras. They were tremendously busy , but my babies were happy and looking great when I picked them up. They were supposed to get a g"go home bath" but it was overlooked. They immediately rectified it and gave them baths for free the next time. Then I used them again when we went out of town very far away. They again came back happy and looking great. We have boarded our three dogs at Pet Paradise for many years and they seem to always enjoy their stay. The staff is friendly and knows our "kids" by name and give us a review of any behavior problems. It is a clean facility, reasonable price considering they are not in a caged kennel and get free time running around instead of on a leash. They provided numerous other extras for a cost-ice cream treats, pictures sent via email while you are away, extra personal playtime, etc. Great center & wonderful staff!!

My cat is 16 years old and can't use one of her back legs. This limits her jumping to 0. Not that she can't she shouldn't. She can't stay home without constant care so I visited six vet boarding facilities with a variety of prices and cages. I decided on Pet Paradise since they have a room that is just for cats. The cats get time outside the condos twice a day. There is also a camera so I could view my kitty from the other side of the world.
