My pup always enjoys her stay here (even if she doesn't act like it when I drop her off). The staff patiently deal with my numerous check in calls and are always so affectionate with her. I know she is getting socialization, activity, cuddles, and treats during her stays. Additionally, they do such a nice job grooming her. I also look forward to her report cards!

The staff is amazing. From checkin with Liz to my interactions with everyone on staff (too many to name everyone) they are all amazingly friendly and clearly love their jobs. You know who you are, each one of you who personally helped me and I thank you ALL for your help with our loveable strong German short haired pointer, Cash. Each day driving him over he was so excited when we got close to Ormond Pet Paradise. Thank you, Mema Betty.

All I can say is, they went over and above what was expected. This was our first overnight and I was very nervous about leaving Mildred. The first comfort came from the person checking us in Ann, she was a true comfort with her conversation and answers to all my questions. After picking Mildred up I knew she had been taken care of in the best way. Ormond Beach - Awesome experience with Amy grooming our Great Pyrenees, Norman who is so shy and at 130 pounds really would rather be home on the couch. She took her time and won him over. He looks beautiful. Good job Amy!

I've been taking my highly anxious dog to Pet Paradise for Day Care a couple times a week to socialize and feel more confident being without me and have seen so much progress in him! The staff, especially Ashley, has been exceptional at making him feel comfortable! I could not be any more pleased with how they treat him. I just had to board him for a week and was able to leave in peace knowing how good hands he was left in. My bulldog absolutely loves this place. We've been using this facility for over 5 years. All the staff knows him and he's very comfortable here. The staff keeps me updated consistently with any changes and extremely friendly.
