We've adopted two kittens from the Humane Society over the past year, and have been taking our new family members to Pet's Friend for their routine (and non-routine) care. So far, we've been very pleased with their service. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating of our needs. They have been willing to squeeze us in for quick visits as we deal with the issues that arise with rescue kittens. The clinic is clean, and the cost of treatment and medications seem reasonable. Highly recommended.
They followed up to make sure my pet was doing well and that I was happy with their service. I gave some feedback and they listened. Earlier this month we were looking around for vets, we tried a couple and then we came to Pet's Friend and found Dr Moore...she was amazing: honest, loving towards my dog, she was knowledgeable and gave us a bunch of great advice...we love her! Brought my 10 week old puppy after having a horrible experience with another veterinarian who gave us a bleak outlook on the health of our new dog. Dr. Miller spent over an hour with us, not knowing about my prior experience, doing a thourough check-up and giving the puppy a clean bill of health. After I told her about the prior experience she explained how the Dr had failed to do a proper exam. Dr. Miller and her staff were amazing and very helpful. We will only go back here from now!
We've taken our puppy (now 1 year-old dog) here multiple times over the past year for booster shots and random ailments (acid reflux and itchy paws). Chewie loves this place and wags his little tail at all the staff and his veterinarian, Dr. Moore. The staff we've interacted with are all wonderfully sweet and knowledgable. Fantastic in every way. I've been taking my dog here for 2 years and feel lucky to have found this clinic. Everyone from the front desk, to the technicians, to the vets are super friendly, professional and kind. They really care and it shows. Super reasonable prices too, and making appointments is easy. They've never running late either, even with afternoon appointments. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
I took my dog which was just adopted from Humane Society to Pet's Friend Animal Clinic, and I had a very good time, so did my dog, Ripley. He had a skin condition, an allergic reaction and Dr.Allison Moore was so thorough and very nice in explaining everything to me and Ripley. She even gave me a free first trial of Nexgard for fleas and ticks, and also recommended many health plans for my pup. It was a pleasant experience. My cats and I love coming here! The facilities are clean and gorgeous and there is free coffee and candy. Davidson is a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable vet. All the vet techs and receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this clinic and Dr. Davidson highly enough.
On Dec. 26th Our cat Calli that is 16 years old and we are having some problems with her. They have put in in to give her air and taking X-ray. Found that she had lung cancer and was nothing they could do. with everything we had done for her this was one thing we could not do anything for her . We had to say good buy to our family member and that had been a joy to the both of us. At 10:42 AM December 26, 2016 Calli made her last breath of life in my hands. A-MAZ-ING!! I cannot thank Dr. Moore and her incredible staff enough! We came in with our 6 year old Pit Bull who is currently suffering from allergies and ear issues. Akira being very cautious of everyone at the vet was a little guarded, but the vet techs were incredibly patient! They got down to her level, didn't make eye contact and let her come towards them.
