Pet's Friend is the best place I've ever taken my animals to. Our 14 week old puppy ate a package of sugar less gum, which contains a highly poisonous ingredient to pets. We called PF and they told us to bring her straight away. We were met by a technician as we entered the place. They took her back immediately. The doctor gave us a status within 10 minutes. Our 11 year old Vizsla mix is a nervous dog, to put it mildly. She needs a muzzle when we visit the vet, so it is always a stressful situation for both of us. Dr. Davidson and all of the staff at Pet's Friend do their best to keep our dog (and me) as comfortable as possible. We have been coming here since we adopted our dog almost 10 years ago, and have always had a great experience.
In searching for a good vet for my kitties, I got several reviews by posting my request with our local NextDoor group. I got several good recommendations for Pet's Friend, all really glowing reviews and mentioned as well, several doctors there. Very pleased with the care my 16 year old cat received. The staff is great and the doctors are proactive. Most notably, they helped me develop a plan to ease my cat into his elderly life with comfort. I was really impressed with the follow up on test results and the options they provided to help me identify the best plan for my pet.
We've adopted two kittens from the Humane Society over the past year, and have been taking our new family members to Pet's Friend for their routine (and non-routine) care. So far, we've been very pleased with their service. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating of our needs. They have been willing to squeeze us in for quick visits as we deal with the issues that arise with rescue kittens. The clinic is clean, and the cost of treatment and medications seem reasonable. Highly recommended.
They followed up to make sure my pet was doing well and that I was happy with their service. I gave some feedback and they listened. Earlier this month we were looking around for vets, we tried a couple and then we came to Pet's Friend and found Dr Moore...she was amazing: honest, loving towards my dog, she was knowledgeable and gave us a bunch of great advice...we love her! Brought my 10 week old puppy after having a horrible experience with another veterinarian who gave us a bleak outlook on the health of our new dog. Dr. Miller spent over an hour with us, not knowing about my prior experience, doing a thourough check-up and giving the puppy a clean bill of health. After I told her about the prior experience she explained how the Dr had failed to do a proper exam. Dr. Miller and her staff were amazing and very helpful. We will only go back here from now!
We've taken our puppy (now 1 year-old dog) here multiple times over the past year for booster shots and random ailments (acid reflux and itchy paws). Chewie loves this place and wags his little tail at all the staff and his veterinarian, Dr. Moore. The staff we've interacted with are all wonderfully sweet and knowledgable. Fantastic in every way. I've been taking my dog here for 2 years and feel lucky to have found this clinic. Everyone from the front desk, to the technicians, to the vets are super friendly, professional and kind. They really care and it shows. Super reasonable prices too, and making appointments is easy. They've never running late either, even with afternoon appointments. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
