Beautiful facility, caring staff! I was visiting on behalf of Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice and the receptionists were so friendly!
My dog absolutely hates going to the vet. And with all the misdiagnoses from his old vet I can't blame him. They put him through a lot. His best friend recommended Pet's Friend and we are so happy he did. They are the best! The doctors are all experienced and know what they are doing. Everyone is caring and compassionate. They greet both of us and are understanding of his fears. He loves Dr. Koski so much he actually fell asleep during his last procedure there! That has never happened! Pet's Friend and Dr Allison Moore have been more than a friend to me and my black cat Buddy for the past 8 years. Every year we would go for his annual check up. Buddy and I have always been treated with love, care and affection by Dr Moore and the entire staff, the technicians and the front desk. They saw him as a furry child and cherished him as much as I did. Alas, Buddy recently passed away from a sudden illness and they jumped thru hoops to be there every step of the way for both of us. Vets: 5-stars, super communicative, clear, fair-priced. Trainer: Jen is the best dog trainer there is. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She helped us so much with our boxer pup even though we weren't able to finish the classes. She knows dogs and is not afraid to prompt shy owners if need be. We love the care Kona gets here. The vets are super friendly, they listen, and they keep me informed the whole time. The people at the front desk are loving and kind -- they clearly adore animals. I think there could be a little bit more transparency when they take Kona in the back, but overall I'm super happy.

I love staff and vets at a Pet's Friend. I've been a client here for four years and they are extremely friendly, polite, patient, and thorough. I've been to other vets in the past, and this clinic is the best I've been to of all of them.
What word describes my experience so far from our last 2 visits at Pet Friends? Caring I've been fortunate to have found Pet Friends and Dr. Allison Moore. We brought in our 10 week old Havanese Pup, Tucker for his checkup per the breeder's recommendation. The clinic may look small and simple from the outside, but wait until you go inside.
