I have been to many different Animal Clinics in the Bay area (including Adobe and SAGE) and think this hospital is the best. I found Dr. Ma is great. She is very capable, caring, and only recommends the necessary treatment for my dogs. For example, when Dr. Ma listens to one of my dogs' heart and heard Murmur sound, she recommends seeing a cardiac Specialists, which is the right thing to do. Great customer service and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Moore is the best and she really cares about my fur babies. Her suggestions are great and she's never pushy about decision making.

If you're in need of a kind, patient, knowledgeable vet, I'd recommend Dr. Allison Moore at Pet's Friend Animal Clinic. She has treated our dog for tendonitis and pancreatitis, as well as routine vaccinations and checkups. Her very first response to meeting our 6 year old, very scared Labrador was to sit down on the floor with her, talk to her sweetly, and give her treats. I brought my basset hound in for his first visit today after some issues I had noticed and the FDA report on "grain free" dog foods, which I had been feeding to Henri. Marketing in about any pet store over the last couple years has implied grain free is the best for your dog. They were able to take a blood test and provide me results while I was there that confirmed my fears that I was not providing the best diet for my dog. I have two rescue Cocker Spaniels. The service provided by the vets and staff is universally good and compassionate. We never feel rushed. All approach my very nervous younger dog kindly and appropriately. They also refer elsewhere as needed: My younger dog has had two leg surgeries and a cataract surgery at other facilities on the Peninsula. It's usually possible to get a next day appointment. There is a decent amount of parking outside the clinic.

Do you ever wonder where veterinarians take their own pets for high-quality care? In the Bay Area, this would be Pet's Friend Animal Clinic! I choose to bring my pets here because the clinic is organized, has typed medical records, a well-trained and supportive staff, and very intelligent and compassionate doctors who communicate well (Dr. Koski, Dr. Moore, Dr. Miller, Dr. Davidson, and Dr. Justine Ma). This is one of the best animal clinics I've taken an animal to. Took a dog in who gets very scared at the vet but the doc was very kind and gentle sitting on the floor getting acquainted with him-didn't take long for him to calm! The decor is cheerful, and the staff and techs all great attitudes and friendly!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Pet's Friend Animal Clinic. I was hooked when Dr. Koski came in and then sat on the floor the whole visit with my dog!

I had a wonderful experience at this vet today. A special thank you goes to Dr. Moore (and Robin, Sheryl, Richard, and another woman whose name I unfortunately missed) who has exemplary "bedside" manner and was so clear in her explanation of possible diagnoses. I am an obsessive pet parent so I am elated to observe that the entire care team is so diligent.
