First, I would like to say that the staff and nature of this business are beyond compare. I've had my share of looking for veterinary offices and receiving mediocre care for my dog over the past few years. Pet's Friend Animal Clinic is on their own level of excellence. I was referred over from United Vets after my dog was released from being in the hospital for 3 days for kidney failure. My poor puppy had been throwing up all day and we hadn't found a Vet yet. The first place I called said he should be seen but they couldn't fit him in for two days. When I called Pet's Friend, they squeezed him in between appointments. Dr. Koski really loves animals. And, she understands that the humans are scared, so she speaks in calm reassuring tones. :-) We had a great experience. Our pup got what he needed and stopped throwing up.

I have lived in 5 states and on both coasts, and in 18 years of pet care, I have never found a vet clinic that comes close to Pet's Friend - this is simply an amazing team. Everyone at Pet's Friend has a deep love for animals and is very kind, caring, and supportive. From the time you call and talk to Marlene and Laurie, you know you are in great hands. I have a very docile cat until he has a Vet appointment. At that point, I'm pretty sure the Devil enters his furry form and turns him into a loud, screeching, wildabeast! Sounds funny, but my baby hits notes Mariah Carey couldn't reach on her best day. Despite my cat's need to be exorcised, the staff there was EXTREMELY sensitive to his needs and dealt well with him. Today we had to put our beloved Daisy to sleep. There is no upside to this and I was dreading the process and unable to hold back tears. Dr Miller and the entire staff were so wonderful and caring and made it all about us and Daisy and our wishes. I can't thank everyone enough for making it all bearable. YOU are the BEST.

This is where I take my babies :) Dr Allison is who they usually see, and she's phenomenal! I've been to a few other vets, but never felt the same kind of warm, caring demeanor that I do here, which is exactly why this is where they'll always go.

I can't state strongly enough how wonderful this vet clinic is. I could tell that the vets really care about my dogs (I've only worked with two of them so far - Dr Koski and I can't remember the name of the other one, but I'd be shocked if they aren't all great). They talk to me about options when I can't afford everything and don't make me feel guilty about not being able to do everything right away. Soon after moving to California, my little poodle found himself in a bit of trouble with a major cut on his foot. He required emergency surgery to stitch it all back together. The vets a Pet's Friend Animal Clinic were wonderful and amazing through the entire situation. Thank you Pet's Friend for taking great care of my doggy and father! It's such a relief to know you guys are always there to get him up to date on his vaccines when I can't be in town!
