My experience at Pet's Friend is that there is sufficient staff to see patients within one hour or less. The people at the front desk are welcoming and knowledgeable; the vet took time with my cat and spent time explaining things to me. Unfortunately, my cat was old and sick and is no longer with me. When I get another cat, Pet's Friend will be my clinic of choice.

My dog Breck and I love Dr. Sari and the staff at Pet's Friend. Always a thorough diagnosis and conversation and they make sure your needs are met and that your pet is in the best shape they can be. They helped get Breck back in good shape after negligence from our previous vet, and there's a night and day difference in him with care from PFAC. I like doctor Meghan Foote she is very kind and was gentle when treating my dog Bella. The staff were also very helpful and I'm planning to continue bringing my dog here :)

We landed in California pretty recently from India with our CKD baby cat, we are an extremely protective and hands on cat parents who've rescued our 7 year old cat from the streets of Mumbai and there on he's been our light . We've gone miles to make sure he's been taken care and comfortable with us. Dr. Koski and staff are AMAZING. The nurses are incredibly knowledgeable and were kind to our new dog. Dr. Koski is a walking computer - she is so knowledgeable about animals and backs up her knowledge with studies. If you are in the Sunnyvale area and are looking for a new vet, I highly recommended Pet's Friend Animal Clinic.

Wow. I started coming here during quarantine, so I had never seen the inside of the clinic until recently (during quarantine, they had you park outside and call and would come out to your car to take your pet in for his/her appointment). It's really nice inside. It's a lot larger than I'd expected, and there's a large section for cats and dogs each, on either side of the front door. Everything feels super clean. Dr. Hsieh is amazing with both the animal and the pet parent! My dog is not a fan of the vet, but Dr. Hsieh is so calming that my dog was timid but relaxed. She even offered to have my pup come back another time just for treats and love so he can get comfortable going there. Dr. Hsieh explained every little detail of the care she was providing and all the options she suggests, but is not overly pushy on any particular treatment. I had a senior dog that had kidney failure and despite having been a stabilized patient at another facility, they refused to see him till the middle of the week. However, pet's friends were nice enough to get me in the same day even though we were new patients. Since he was so sick, he had to get help crossing the rainbow, and Dr. Miller was the best at my hardest time. We took our adopted kitties to meet Dr. Koskinen. During COVID you wait in car during your appointment and nurses take your fur babies inside. The Doctor calls during the appointment after checking and discusses all of the findings and answers any questions you ask. We learned things about cats we never knew! Very easy working with them and all people in this practice are knowledgeable and patient. We recommend Pet's Friend!
