I recently adopted a wonderful dog, Mango, that needed a good, local vet nearby for any needs that arise. Pet's Friend Animal Clinic has been amazing! We were able to get her initial appointment within a week of calling and they've been really helpful ever since. They took great care of her for her initial visit and, of course, she managed to need vet attention again within the same week. The doctor and vet techs here are great. It's the people who do the clerical and make appointments I had problems with. I called to make appointment for nail trim, they said I had to do yearly exam, charged me $300 and didnt do nails. My dog has to be medicated to do his nails, so he was medicated for nothing. I love Dr. Moore! She is amazing! I adopted my first rescue in August 2020. The shelter had a list of where I can take my pup for a courtesy check & I bumped into this location due to it being close to home. I loved the service! Their curbside pick up is very good & my pup is very shy but they knew how to handle her pretty well. Dr. Moore answered all of my questions & made me feel a lot better about my pup's overall health. Everyone at Pet's Friend has been absolutely incredible. As a first time dog mom, not only do I have 10000 questions (which they very kindly and patiently addressed every single one) they've also answered the 20000 frantic emails I've sent ranging from weird poop to bumps to runny noses to eating dirt. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I really do trust them with my little guy and appreciate their continued patience!

Can't say enough good things about Pets Friend and especially Dr. Moore! My wife and I have been taking our 2 year old Shiba Inu here since he was 8 weeks and the love and care they show him is amazing. We moved to San Ramon about 10 months ago but still make the 45 min trip here anytime he needs a vet. He always gets excited to see Dr. Moore and his friends at the front desk :)

Our cat was not easy to get to the vet as he fought valiantly against being confined but on the occasions we were able to take him, the staff at the clinic were kind, thorough and professional. Recently he died and we took him there to be cremated. The staff were so understanding and compassionate for our grief, even though they cannot have liked him much when alive! Hands down the best clinic for my dogs. They care, don't advise unnecessary procedures or meds and stay on top of schedules etc. Plus they are SUPER responsive to any questions or queries even via email!

I've had an excellent experience with Dr. Miller, Dr. Koski, and staff. (I'm sure the other doctors are just as excellent) I originally came to Pets Friend Animal Clinic because my previous vet in Sunnyvale couldn't treat my dog's chronic diarrhea issue. Dr. Miller immediately put him on Tylan and he's been great ever since. She's very thorough, cares immensely, and takes the time to discuss things with you. I have used Pet's Friend now for years and I have never had a better veterinarian. Their services are exceptional and the staff is absolutely terrific. When my dog - whom they had provided excellent care for years -- recently passed away they were incredibly kind and compassionate. I can't say enough good things about Pet's Friend.
