This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

Met a friend from Michigan for Sunday Brunch. Food and service were both great! We chose the Griddled Corn Cakes and Carne Asada Tacos, both of which were excellent and separately recommended by the hostess and our server. Will definitely return for another meal when we are in the neighborhood.
Our server was great ang knowledgable. The food was good but could had more seasoning. We had the buttermilk pie w. caramel, which was excellent.
I love this restaurant for business lunches and almost always suggest we go there, when I have a business associate to meet for lunch.

Our party of 8 wanted something new and different and found the Phoenix City Grill on Open Table.com. We chose it based on reviews, location, and price point. For a strip mall type restaurant this is a classy high trend establishment. The menu is uncluttered with fluff offering several unique and different courses. The lounge area looked stylish and hip although we spent most of our time in the dining area. Albeit was a little dark for some members of the family I thought it added to the atmosphere. Visiting during Fiesta Bowl. Great food, recommended by resort concierge. Book through open table and ask for a booth, more comfortable than the tables and they go fast. Definitely would come back.
