What a waste of time! DO NOT GO HERE. I called this location in advance to verify they could help with my issue, and they said no problem of course they could but to try the CVS walk-in first because they were very busy. I tried the CVS walk-in, waited for 3 hours and they couldn't help with my issues (a very limited facility) so I ended up back with Physicians Immediate Care anyway. First of all, the location is DIRTY, and there were people sleeping in the lobby. Additionally, every person on staff I interacted with was r... read more

Went in with a sore throat and had the nurse test me for strep. She barely touched the back of my throat when she was taking a swab for the rapid strep test. The doctor came in, sat in the corner chair relaxed and told me it was negative. I informed him that I have had strep many times before (I am a teacher) and that I am pretty sure I know it is strep. His response was along the lines of "yes, these tests are not always correct, it also depends on the nurse who swabs it. If they do not get back there it will show a false r... read more

I went to Physicians Immediate Care for a physical today. The service was quick and friendly by the staff at the front desk and nurses. They all get 5 stars in my book. Dr. Brian Hughes, though. He's the reason I'm giving this place a 1 star. People come here to see a doctor and if he's as unfriendly, unprofessional, and robotic as Hughes is, then it's best to find another place. I really thought my physical was a joke. First, he greeted me with a yawn vs. a hello. It was not more than 2 minutes of him spitting off commands ... read more

Came here today because my friend has been sick for over a week and it was to the point her ears were in so much pain she asked me to drive her. We arrived and as she was filling out paperwork a man walks in and states to the whole waiting room that he doesn't want to be there and proceeds to walk into the back. My friend and I look at each other and she says was that the doctor? I said I hope not. Sure enough he was. Was so rude to my friend who was obviously in pain, told her to just take aleve if she's in pain and treated... read more

Do not go here, I went back in September of this year 2016 for a rash I had never had before, my friend thought it was ringworm. The doctor, Brain Hughes came into my room and the first thing he did was yawn, spoke to me for 5 minutes and just agreed it was ringworm and gave me a prescription for a powerful anti-fungal medication itraconazole. After a week the rash was not gone and I was given a referral to a dermatologist and another prescription for an anti-fungal cream. The dermatologist determined it was pityriasis ros... read more

I was not impressed by the physician's brusk nature. Granted I'm not feeling well and have a bad gag reflex but the physician just looked down my throat, did not palpate my lymph notes or glands. Was barely in the room for more than a few minutes. Clearly had not read my file since he initially prescribed amphycilin to which I am allergic. Caught later and changed. Did not ask about my blood pressure or anything else, had ZERO empathy. Not going back there again. Other staff members were polite and very pleasant.

Dr. Brian Hughes is agressive with his patients. He was rude, extremely unprofessional and can care less about you. He came in the room and started arguing to a sick person. He was hostile and should not be in patient care. Don't bother with him.

The place was clean and I was seen quickly. The problem was the doctor. Dr. Hugh (sp)? Was the most demeaning, condescending, and uncaring medical provider I have ever encountered. I won't go into detail on the comments he made but as I was lying down on the table I was holding my jacket as a bit of covering and he grabbed it, ripped it out of my hands, and threw it across the room on a chair! His comments (about a very tragic recent experience) were totally inappropriate and downright rude. He is burned out, bitter, and s... read more

Attention was good. I had pain in my arm. It was the tendon. She told me X rays were not needed and prescribed pain pills. She also taught me a couple of exercises and recommended physical therapy in the future. The problem is: they charged me $360.00 for the visit. I will never go back to that place. It is a scam.
