Date of service: 6/23/2024 Went in with pain in shoulder, took my co-pay, sat me in a room for an hour, Dr. came in and told me they only treat colds, and bladder infections, spoke to her for less than two minutes, they billed my insurance $268.00 for no services rendered.

Came for a simple PPD & test read. For both visits, they had major tech problems and no one to help. I waited for 45+ minutes each time despite the entire building being empty of patients and fully staffed- I could hear them chatting the whole time I waited. Incredibly disappointing and dissatisfying, slow, disorganized service. Will never come again.

THIS IS THE WORST URGENT CARE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. They will ruin your billing and make your Saturday Afternoon, six months after your check up, an hour long debacle where you have to call insurance AND WellNow just to realize you did nothing wrong.

Date of service: 9/5/23 First bill received: 6/22/24 Tried calling customer service last week several times (couldn't get through - line too busy) because they added my copay to the patient balance. They also told me at the time of service that the only amount I owed was my copay, but I suddenly received a bill for over 3x that. Tried emailing - no response. Finally got ahold of someone today and they forwarded my phone call to "another department," which was collections. So sometime within 5 business days of the letter hitt... read more

They charged me $150 for a visit with no insurance, still tried to bill my last insurance of record and then sent me a bill for the amount I already paid 3 months prior with a threat to send to collections.

Absolutely horrible billing experience. Wellnow decided to charge a completely incorrect insurance code and instead of reaching out to me with the issue decided to charge a saved card on file. This then caused that account to be over drafted and I incurred another charged due to their neglect. After getting the run around on the phone with them for 2 weeks they finally issued my refund.... to a PO box in a city, I have never lived! I'm glad their bills have the correct address to get to my house, but the refund goes to a pha... read more

I was sick and needed to visit the local ugent care. I was denied services due to an unpaid bill from year prior. The unpaid service was never billed to my insurance, nor was a bill sent to my home address, even though all information was correct in their system and verified when I was there. I was unable to be seen and needed to seek medical help elsewhere. I recieved an "Immediate Action Required" bill a month later for this visit from over a year ago. If I could give a zero I would. We have been fighting a bill that they refuse to fix from our insurance company. They keep charging us $140 however we only owe $19.80. we have sent them countless emails, made several phone calls trying to get them to change it but they refuse. We have documentation of the emails with the letter of benefits attached from our insurance and everything. They sent the bill to collections instead of fixing the bill

I was sent to WellNow for a pre-employment eval/physical. I had been there previously for an ear infection. The business for which I work has a contract with them so the visit is completely covered and billed to said company. Not only did WellNow send me a bill for the visit, they CHARGED MY BANK CARD FOR THE VISIT without my knowledge or permission. While disputing this with my company's HR, they told my representative that they were going to send me a check; when it would be easier and faster just to reverse the charge on ... read more
