Dr. Ruby Singh assisted me with my infected eye. She was knowledgeable, polite, and patient. She took her time with me and made sure I knew what was happening with my eye. She was also careful and gentle while examining my eyes. I'm very happy with this visit and would recommend this location.
Excellent care. Make an appointment for a more efficient visit. Xavier was wonderful with my child, very caring and explained everything that would be done to make her feel at ease. We came in suspecting the flu and wanted to get an accurate diagnosis. We were in and out in under 40 min.
extremely happy with the service we were mainly helped by a man named xavior he has AMAZING bedside manner and patience very personable while efficiently getting the job done. he is absolutely an asset to this company and honestly made my whole experience awesome.
We walked in an hour before closing with a situation that needed a little bit of extra help and everyone we met and worked with was wonderful. From receptionist to nurses and PA. Friendly, caring and courteous even though we kept them there past closing time. Would definitely recommend and they're open until 10 pm most weeknights which saved us.

Another great visit at the Norridge immediate care. Niles wouldn't see my 11 month son and here we only waited about 20 minutes. Xavier and the other PA's were very nice and thoughtful. My son ended up having a chest x-ray and a bronchiolitis due to a respiratory virus diagnosis by Dr. Podgorska. She explained the course of treatment and my prescription was sent over to the nearby Walgreens. I much prefer going here than our kids' doctor due to the convenience and availability. Front desk M Gutierrez is friendly and helpful. Nena the nurse that took my vitals is such a sweetheart and made me feel at ease assuring they're going to take good care of me (reason for visit is the flu with high fever) I'm from out of town on business trip so the fact they treated me so quickly is a god send and you can even schedule an appointment online if you don't want to wait.
I was thoroughly impressed with the doctors I saw yesterday. They were both very kind & were willing to work with one another to try and make a diagnosis & resolve my issues & concerns. I was seen in a timely manor & was grateful to have them there. Would not hesitate to use their services again
