Very helpful and patient. From the Front Desk staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable during a worrisome visit. They even followed up with me a few days after to see how I was doing. Highly recommended.

I was seen within 10 minutes, very helpful and professional doctor and team. Free parking in lot just north of the clinic.
I went to Minute Clinic down the street and was told it would be 90 minutes. I went here instead. Super nice people and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. There is a parking lot that makes this even easier. I have to pay a higher copay to go here, but well worth the quick and nice service.
Doctor was amazing! I went on a weekday and got in and out. The staff was so friendly and down to earth. Scared to see what the bill looks like. There's an upfront $25 copay fee fyi.
I went twice in the span of a few weeks and was happy with the timeliness and service. In both cases, doctors gave sincere effort to figure out what my ailment was (an unusual case of sore throat) and were able to provide helpful information to more specialized providers, if needed.
Seen within ten minutes, super friendly staff, great doctor, AMAZING SERVICE. Seriously, if you need something more than a "Minute Clinic", go here. They are awesome.
Immediate MD gets two thumbs up, one each for a different reason. 1. Customer service. Having never been to one of these types of facilities, I was expecting the worst (mitigated somewhat by the outstanding Yelp rating). However, all of the staff were pleasant, efficient, and competent. They also called two days later to follow up. 2. Diagnosis and treatment. Great service, easy and free parking, and extremely competent staff! I've gone to numerous urgent care offices, Target, Walgreens, and Lakeview Immediate Care. This is hands-down the best urgent care I've been to. Plus - a CVS across the street, which was much faster and less frenzied than the my neighborhood Walgreens.
