Doctor Fernando and the entire staff were great. For an issue which needed prompt attention on a Sunday, but didn't warrant an er visit, this clinic is great and capable of treating most injuries, infections, and minor illnesses. Received an automated follow up text a couple days later to ensure all was well. I wanted to take the time to write a review, as I've seen some mixed opinions. The staff was courteous and professional. The location appeared to be well kept and clean. There were plenty of hand sanitizers and tissues around. They even have a monitor so you know where you sit in the queue. I was seen within 5 minutes of completing paperwork. I'm impressed. Things I really liked: FOLLOW-THROUGH. During my visit, the doctor (Dr. Fernando. Bow ties are cool.) addressed the immediate problem, then directed my next steps for the long-term solution. He consulted a colleague and reservied an appointment for me. I left with phone numbers and clear direction. I was seen by another doctor (also at an Immediate md) within 24 hours, and received follow-up phone calls and referrals to in-network (!) professionals. I went here on June 6th and my experience was phenomenal! The nurses and the doctor here were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had Dr. Gazzi and she was so nice!! The bed side manner of the doctors and nurses here is great. I would recommend you to come here especially for immediate care! Bonus. There's parking!!
100% recommended. The office is clean, fast, and unbelievably friendly. I got doored biking and made my way to this office and I couldn't have been treated any better. As a patient they treated me like family, assisting me the whole time and making sure all of my concerns were addressed and answered. Words can not describe how awesome this place is, but for the sake of this review, words will have to suffice. I didn't think I would ever actually like going to the doctor, who wants to be told they are sick? I know I don't. But they made it so easy. Even with all my questions, they still took the time to sit down and talk to me and answer all of them. I saw Dr Tanya Richardson. She was a great listener and I received phenomenal care at this office. I was able to see a doctor in less than 15 minutes (I went in on a mid Friday afternoon). The follow up was great. I received follow up calls from the office after my appointment to see that I was feeling better, and emails.
Absolutely fantastic experience. We were greeted nicely, The MA and Doctor were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I have never been to an urgent care before but the concept is great and Immediate MD was great.
I visited on a Saturday morning and was brought back within a few minutes after completing my paperwork. The staff was courteous, attentive and professional. The waiting area and rooms were also very well-kept and clean. Parking out front on the street was free and easy, even though there is also a parking lot. If you receive a prescription, there's a CVS down the block. They called a couple days afterward to see how I was doing. I would go again.
