About this business
Pies ’n Thighs opened in 2006, in the shadow of the Williamsburg Bridge. We took over a beer storage closet in the and transformed it into a tiny kitchen with six stools, serving huge donuts, two-napkin smoked pork sandwiches and salty, crispy fried chicken. The New York Times called the pies and the thighs a compelling combination, well executed and put forth with real heart—the sort of restaurant that’s hard to find, especially in the big city, but easy to love once found.

found a late, drunken night... the shiny, familiar, wholesome lights and smell of pie felt almost as if going back home (I'm a simple, southern gal). but alas I could not try the forbidden fruit -- closing time :( but I came back the literal next day lol. they couldn't keep me away hehe. but long story short, the pie was yummy. I absolutely love this place. My husband gets the chicken sandwich and I got the hippie banjo. Their fries are always delicious. The staff are lovely and greet you with a smile. I like how they have space to sit in the front of the restaurant but also have a bigger room in the back. They also have outdoor seating.

My husband came here during a day date while in Brooklyn. The service was fast and great. We had the toffee pecan donut and a hot biscuit. Both of which were really great! We definitely enjoyed our food and would recommend this establishment.

If heaven had a taste this would be it. Was riding through and saw this place. I've always heard of it. We stopped and i got the hot honey chicken on Biscuit and it was soooo good. And to be honest you can really eat just one and be satisfied. Stop by.ypy won't be mad

We ordered the Fried Pickles, Hush Puppies with Tartar, Mac 'n Cheese, Cornbread, Biscuits & Gravy, Bourbon Pecan Pie, and Key Lime Crumble Pie. This is the first and only good southern restaurant I've found after years of searching in NY. The hush puppies were the best part along with the pies! It's the best birthday meal I could've asked for!
