Poor customer service, poor workmanship, never answered emails, as well never call back. In the passed 4 months Ive paid out of pocket about $600 more to have solar then what I wouldve paid not having solar. Ive called week in week out for the passed 4 months to try to get a understanding on why my 80% solar system is only giving me 35 to 40% solar. Im paying for a 80% solar system out of pocket and a almost full power bill. When I do get a customer service representative on the phone after 15 to 30min on hold they all say t... read more

this company has the worst customer service ever. I install my service about a year ago and my system keeps faulted since I get the solar system installed. and I call to come over fix the problem. and couple days later same problem. now they told me they not longer responsible any more than passed the issues to Generac and general tells me they don't have a dealers to fix the issues..so if any one have the same problems just let BBB to report this company as a piece of c*** now I have two bills the loan and the power bills

Worse investment Ive ever made and constant issues. I called them yesterday as Ive been waiting on repairs for two months. The battery that operates the back up battery cabinet is burnt up. When I called power home solar / pink the told me they wont repair Generacs equipment and I should call them instead. I am highly ****** off. Generac said they will fix it because they try to keep there customers happy.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is a rip off. Joke. They do not stand behind there products. Pass blame off to everyone . I have had my system for 11 months I pay more in electric bill now then I ever have. Have had several people out multiple times they give you the same answer. Nothing is wrong. When you are told this system. Will give 80 %. Well its more 2 %. ******* just wants to sell you junk. Sad that this company rips the common customer who works hard for there money in life. Take the time and do the homework to find a better company. It is easier to list what is right with the company than to list everything that is wrong. I'll give it a try.We had a person from the sales team come over and we were immediately connected to his manager as he did not know enough to sale the system. His manager stated that the company would pay the first twelve months and the check would be sent on the day of installation (remember this for later). Stay away from this company. I purchased my solar panels from PowerHome Solar which later became Pink Energy. My panels and system were installed in September 2021, and it took until January 2022 to get up and running. I had positive energy from the system for about 4 months with surplus power feeding the grid. Then in June, that all changed. Even with my panels positioned in a good spot, I was not benefiting from the Spring and Summer sunlight. I am now paying $100 per month to my power company in addition to my monthly pay... read more

Absolutely non existent customer service. Don't know how they stay in business. Emails are not answered, phone calls to ****** Office are a joke - no one ever calls back. telephone calls are never returned and if you are put in the call back list they never return my call.Perhaps why they changed their name to Pink from Power Home?? Promises not kept. Be aware of these comments and others before you contract with this company.
