Confusing conversation with phone calls and then confussing communication with doctor
Staff is always friendly, no long wait times, Dr.Mcgrath is very good at explaining treatment options and has a sense of humor when needed...;)
I love the providers and medical staff, with a shout out to Peter Keorpes the PA. First provider I saw there and excellent. Found & diagnosed my squamous cell immediately. Great bed side manner! I saw Dr. Troiani, Dr. Lapinski and Dr. Rios-they were all wonderful as well! Way overpriced for wart treatments. First visit almost $1k. 2nd visit almost $500. No estimate. In far past, I, had warts treated in 1 or 2 visits for cheap. - Lissy's Mom
I believe this is my third time there. Each time the wait was unreasonable. My most recent visit I had to wait over 45 mins to see the doctor for a basic exam that takes ten minutes. Last year the wait was about an hour. This is unacceptable.

It seemed the Np and the dr was in a hurry ..i felt i had to ask for them to wait a minute to slow down so i can ask what i can for. They didn't ask or enquire any other concerns i might have. I still forgot to ask about two other concerns after being rushed through my first four ,and wasn't really explained alot but directed almost automatically to someone else to get my concerns resolved.

I couldn't get a refill on a prescription. The pharmacy called several times, I called several times. Neither one of us got a reply. Pinnacle changed my appointment to a later date causing me to run out of meds. The doc mentioned some skin thing to his nurse and left, didn't even ask me about it. I had been in a car accident and would have liked to hear his thoughts on the purple scar I have. I had the scar at my last visit 6 months ago, but he didn't mention it. Must be fine.
