Great experience the first visit. HOWEVER…..taking my daughter to her three month follow up, they called to confirm, text to confirm days before and the day of and we get there and she can’t be seen. Apparently they don’t take our insurance anymore but nobody tried to call me and tell me and I took off work to bring her in. But they confirmed three times for me to be there. ID NEVER THINK ABOUT ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE THE BEST.
Well, I came in to get a medical opinion. Not to have my symptoms compared to the doctors health. Running labs or some type of test would have been more comforting than the doctor saying mine looks like yours. That is NOT comforting or reliable. I need a real medical diagnosis.

I called for an appointment in December when my face was all broken out. My appointment with Dr. Ashley was today as a new patient. on February 22nd. I told her how my face looked at Christmas, I had to put Covergirl skin to cover my rash. I just found out your Office has a waiting list for new patients.
Doctor was rushed. I did not feel listened to about persistent rashes. Doctor prescribed a lotion, did not tell me what it was or how to use. Lotion called in to wrong pharmacy. I researched lotion. Lotion does not addresss non-scalp rashes so I declined it. Also Doctor used NO2 on face, no aftercare instructions provided, got them online.

The MA and PA seemed at odds with each other, I could feel the tension and it made me uncomfortable. I was surprised there wasn't a doctor there. The PA lanced my cyst, but said he could do nothing more, I would have to see a surgeon. After he was finished, he didn't even put a gauze or bandaid over the wound, I had to ask the MA to come back in the room, she slapped a bandaid on it. I will not go back to that office again. I may even go back to Dr. Robert's. He cares.

I say the doctor he checked my entire body for skin cancer. Very through exam. Good news see me next year

Peter is great and I love working with him. My problem is that they used to be on time. I would be in and out in 10-15 min. Now it's almost an hour before you see someone for a 2 min appointment. And this was an early morning appt.
