My husband purchased my car a week ago at a tent sale event. It was a Saturday. The sales person we worked with was Sean Coughlin who was really helpful. He asked me to take the car the next day to the dealership to have it detailed since that is the day that they tend to be slow. I have received excellent customer service when working with Noel Estrada each and every time I have brought my truck in for routine service. I have always been able to get an appointment within 1-2 days of calling, and I am offered a rental care when the estimated work time is more than 1/2 a day or so. I first found the car I wanted online, a 2011 Nissan Altima 3.5SR. I spoke to Michael Bastos on the phone and he answered so many of my questions. I live 4 hours away from Pinnacle Nissan and have a nissan dealer only 45mins away but Mike really worked with me, kept his word, and made my experience special. I was skeptical when I first went in but I was greeted warmly. Laura Estay the fleet manager was very friendly and was a great pleasure to work with. The sales representative that I worked with Zach Poore was outstanding, amazing, bad a$$. I got exactly what I wanted at a price lower then I expected. The sales people and finance department at this dealership were a joy to work with. They made the purchase of our 2011 Rogue a very stress free experience. Travis and Cory in sales were very patient with us and explained in detail all the features on our new vehicle.
