Excellent service!!! I bought my car from this dealership in 2013 and even now every time I go there for servicing I get extremely great service. Staff is very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Very courteous and respectful. Michael sales and Henry in finance awesome I just purchased a new Maxima from Pinnacle Nissan. Hesitated because previous experiences. I really can say the whole store is awesome. But for one individual Mike my sales he has been the best I have ever had. Great guy and awesome person give him a big raise. Also Henry in finance he's awesome also. Top notch dealership; Great sales experience Our family purchased a Nissan Pathfinder. We test drove several vehicles and came back the next day to make the actual purchase. We hang on to our cars for ten or more years so this was a big decision for us. . Mark Bova was awesome! After showing interest online, Mark Bova contacted me and I was able to set up a test drive on my lunch hour. He was a "no-pressure" guy and that is what drew me back to end up purchasing a vehicle from him and Pinnacle Nissan. Great Salesperson Our salesman Michael Galindo made the car leasing/buying experience painless. He was fun to work with, never pushy. He had everything ready when we arrived at the dealership for the car I had picked out on their site. We were out the door with our new Rouge in 1.5 hours. Michael worked hard to accomidate out hectic schedules. I have already recomended him to friends and family.
