The entire office was courteous and friendly. Steven did a great job of preparing for our visit and handled all details smoothly. Refreshments were provided upon request. Steven had two cars immediately available which were in accordance with our first conversation.

Due to extensive medical expenses last year, I had concluded that it would be quite some time before I could afford a new car. I have been through many service advisors and I finally found one that I am comfortable wtih and trust completely. Robert has helped me with both of our Nissans and he has gone out of his way - above and beyond - to make sure we get the best service possible. He is honest and communicates well. Matt Dreis was great to work with. Matt went above and beyond to quickly respond to special needs to find a particular vehicle in a very short period of time. Matt is also very responsive to phone calls and was a straight shooter. My wife and I have been on the Internet looking for the Nissan Altima for the last several weeks. I contacted Pinnacle Nissan and got Michael Bastos on the phone. I am the type of person (consumer) that does my research before I purchase something signifiant such as a vehicle and since I didn't have a Nissan sales contact I made sure the sales reviews for Pinnacle Nissan were good before I choose them as a dealership. Travis was great in getting back to me about the specific Nissan Rogue I was looking for. The best part was when he showed me the vehicles features.
