Since I arrived everyone was very nice and willing to help me out. The sales rep was very helpful and willing to show me any vehicle I wanted to. The finance dept was very helpful and gave me further explanations to my questions. The sales rep gave me a tour of the dealership and set up my first appointment. I was very happy to have purchased my new vehicle at Pinnacle Nissan.
I have purchased around 6 vehicles in my short 24 years life and I can Honestly say this has been hands down the best car buying experince I have have ever had hands down. I knew it was time to downgrade from a gas guzzling truck to a car with better gas mileage and after weeks of researching between new and used, insurance pricing, and brands I settled with a Nissan versa. I have bought over 30 new cars over my lifetime but I am going to say that this is the best experience I have ever had from a dealer. I told Mr. Helmand my situation and what I was trying to do. He listen to everything I had to say and then he walk me out to the cars and pick three cars that would work for me, drove all three and pick one that I like the best. I was very pleased with their willingness to work within our budget. We were able to negotiate in an open and honest way that made us both very happy with our purchase. I LOVE my new Rouge and never would have been able to purchase a brand new car with out the help of our sales consultant.
I purchased a used Mazda 5 from the dealership and was treated very well by the Sales Associate and the Sales Manager. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience. I will consider buying my next vehicle from this dealership and would recommend it to my friends who are looking for a vehicle. Not to repeat what others have said- buying a car is not always fun - you have to road test, negoitiate with many if you choose to get the best deal for you. We finally came to terms andf I got a very good deal. The finance guys always get a bad wrap. We spent 3 months looking at all the different car dealers that make a crossover/small suv in our price range. After looking at alost 15 dealerships, we narrowed it down and Nissan Rogue was in our top 3 because we loved the car, the value, and the customer service. Stopped in at Pinnacle just to show my husband the new Juke, while we are on vacation. Cameron came out to help us, he told us everything and anything about the Juke. After speaking to him, I will be buying a Juke in the future, except in my homestate of PA. He was very knowledgeable about Nissan and all the cars. I received an immediate response from Pinnacle Nissan employee, Aaron. I told Aaron what type of vehicle I was looking for. After checking several used vehicles, I found and drove the Nissan Sentra. After driving the vehicle, Aaron and Pat worked on the documents and within a couple of hours we were ready to go. Aaron, Pat, Robert were friendly, efficient, capable and professional.
