These guys are the worst guys some one can come across in a dealership. They do not have courtesy to talk to you just because they have good number sales going on the dealership. They are very good at trying to cheat you. they don't know how WORST and RUDE the behaviour they have cultivated over time. Less that 3 weeks ago we traded in our 2010 Sentra for a 2007 Hyundai Tucson, the Hyundai is a lemon and has extremely an dangerous Issue with the frame. We took it back into the service department and within a week the problem (obvious fish-tailing) on the rear of the car was worse than it originally was. They shoved me out the door in a big hurry with a car that had safety issues that had not been fixed and with a car that I did not want; promising to me that they would find a replacement car for me right away but that I could take the car home for now and they would continue to look for the perfect car for me. I was there 5hrs and 45min. Totally unecceptable. No one new one knew what the other one was doing. Came back several times after agreeing the price I wanted then said he couldn't do it. We bought a Jeep from this dealership. We also purchased the highest warranty offered to ensure that if we had a problem, it wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg to fix. A few months after we bought it we needed to use our 4wheel drive for the first time. We discovered that it was not working. My wife, toddler boy and I all went to the dealer with one thing in mind getting the car we want. Well that is exactly what happened we did. Until 2 weeks later they came back and said they need more money down. Before we left we confirmed and asked if the loan will go through "we wouldn't give you the car if we weren't 99.99% sure we can get the loan approved" said the finance manager. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that this service dept has tried to sell me repairs or services that were not needed. This last time (10/31/11) I was told I needed $1267 worth of repairs and services. These included replacing the dirty air filter, replacing the dirty brake fluid, replacing the dirty power steering fluid, replacing the dirty automatic transmission fluid, and replacing the L & R lower control arms, whicch they said the bushings were split/leaking.
