My experience with the Pinnacle Nissan's New Car Sales was a Horrible Experience! I intended to purchase a new car that day. I left there without a new car and will never return to Pinnacle Nissan. The sales guy I had was a very nice young man that unfortunately chose the wrong line of work. His last name is Sandless and his coworkers there at Pinnacle Nissan New Car Sales nicknamed him "Sadness". Once again sales people who convince you they can give you the best price fall short. I bought the car for $1700.00 more than their own advetized price on their web site. They refused to honor the price online with a bunch of lame excuses. In fact I could have bought a car from someone else cheaper and a upper version from the SL to the LE. VERY UNHAPPY
Worked on a deal for a week. In the middle of the deal, they raised the price on me 1k and refused to honor the internet price I originally started working with. Called them out on this, they were more concerned with what they could do legally than what they did ethically. My wife and I were completely prepared to purchase the car at the original internet price, even told them this in several emails and over the phone, but they wouldn't honor it at all. Would NEVER recommend this dealer to any one, EVER.
My husband and I were in the market for a newer used vehicle. We were possibly looking into upgrading to an SUV class if we could afford it. We got to the dealership and informed Mo of what our needs were and were shown a fully loaded Pathfinder that he knew was completely out of our budget. Scam artists! I was there looking for a used Nissan Altima and they directed me to one. It was a little dusty on the outside, but they said they would go get it all cleaned up. The test drive went well and it looked like it was still in good shape at that time. So during the hours of negotiations and trying to get all the paperwork done, I kept asking if the detailing was done yet. I was called almost on a weekly basis to come and buy a car from Pinnacle. Two weeks ago, I got 3 calls in 3 days to come to the Peoria Tent Sale. I went the 1st day of the sale. I was promised that I would not have a problem getting the car I wanted. When I found the car, a 2009 Murano, I went through their credit and finance process and left with the Murano. My daughter and I bought a car here three weeks ago and was told that the paperwork was approved and the loan was good to go. They called the day before Thanksgiving asking for a recent pay statement saying that they needed that and everything else went through. So we went today 11/24/12 at 11:00am to take the pay statements to them and they go oh by the way we need to change the loan so your interest rate, and car payment will change. We bought 3 vehicles before which were good experiences. Now apparently something changed. They promised things to my wife and 2 friends that went their for the tent sale. All 3 left in new vehicles and within a week all vehicles were returned. They will tell you get a low interest rate but then ask you to come back and try to make you pay 150-200 a month over what's agreed on. They lie way to much.
