DO NOT trust these people. This place is a COMPLETE joke. Every single thing about it right down to the arrogant jerks in the service dept. Went in looking for a Armada, first thing that hits me when I walk inside, WOW did they raid the local high school for employees? I wont get to deep into the details because I could go on forever, but in short... Brandon Sandness is a TOTAL liar, Alan Henson is his puppet (how does it feel Alan to be ordered around by a 17 year old kid?), Cameron Norlin in financing is a 18 year kid tryi... read more

Tires NOT rotated+ Marked my tires with a marker, and found that the special price $4.95 for tire rotation was NOT done. Checked tires when I got home. I could see no point in confronting service department about this, due to their attitude towards me when I pulled in. "Oh you with the low miles" as a snide remark. I doubt whether they even bothered to change the oil, when confronted from previous visit 3 months ago "special $36" 2 oil changes. I don't see a need to explain myself for low mileage (under 2,000 miles in 3 year... read more

Unethical to say the least No regard for the consumers time. Nice on the phone once they get you in there they talk down to you like you owe them something, Overpriced and I will never go there again. I will go somewhere where they actually respect you and appreciate your business.

WAY too much haggling We found a Honda CR-V listed on their website at $13,200. This was unheard of - all the other listings were $16K and above for the year, model, and trim with the same mileage. We got excited, piled ourselves into the car with our 18 month old, and went to check it out. We got there, test drove the CR-V with Vicente, and really liked it! The Carfax was clean, the miles were low, and the car was in fantastic condition! So we went inside to work out the price. I have a Honda Civic that I LOVE - it's paid o... read more

Found a pre owned Ford f-150 that I was interested in online. Emailed the internet sales team around noon and received replies from two different sales people saying the vehicle was still in stock. At 1:30 p.m I wrote them back saying I was coming to look at the vehicle. Drove over an hour away to find out the car had been sold that morning! The two internet sales people Mannish and Adam wouldn't even come out of their office to apologize to me and did nothing to rectify the situation. Pinnacle Nissan was very unapologetic a... read more

My salesperson, David Dallman, was great. That's where my "great" experience ended. My experience with the next SEVEN people has prompted this diatribe regarding the unscrupulous, shady, demeaning practices Pinnacle Nissan considers acceptable. After a deal was made, I was taken down the long, walk of shame called Finance. I was told I would be given a .9% finance rate...I took an hour to read every line of my paperwork and everything was in order. 2 weeks go by and I received a call saying I needed to come in "to talk about... read more

Pinnacle Nissan is the most unethical company I've ever dealt with. Never, never, never do business with them! I called about a used Nissan Altima 2.5 SL for $12,998. I spoke with KC, he said that it was the one with leather and that I should come down to test drive it. I got down there and they said it was a certified pre-owned vehicle so there was some additional fees (Almost $4,000 more than the list price). I told them that it was out of my budget, so they worked out a "deal" for me. I signed and gave them $2,200 in cash... read more

Been to the dealership five times, due to them keep calling me back and promising on the price. I have a text and voice recording from two of the salesmen if I come back you can have the 2013 Sentra SR stock number N15418 for $319.00 a month not a penny more . We were trading in our 2013 Elantra to make this deal. So we went back there a fifth time thinking that would not play games with us. We did some paperwork everything was agreed upon with the salesmen, Ren and Cory . He told us to wait to get us back into financing wit... read more
