I accepted the Account Executive role at BirdEye in October of 2017 after I had been in a recruiting role that would take me months, sometimes years, to place people. Eight months in and I am still so excited to be a part of a startup that is changing lives. I come to work and feel empowered and valued to work under such successful women here in Dallas. It is easier to sell a product with such fantastic product innovation and that I actually believe in, it’s almost a sense of instant gratification. My co-workers are not only my co-workers now, but also my friends because the office culture is unheard of; collaborative, competitive and family oriented. It is so fun to watch the Nest grow every month!
