Quick and easy
Friendly service, fast and accurate. My rep checked for warranties and when my oil change and inspection was due. He was perfect!! Have to say it was definitely more expensive than I expected. An alignment and one tire cost over $500. Expected $350-$400 at most. I typically go to Tire Pro for tires and likely will next time.
Everything worked as planned. Prices are high.

I had a great experience at Platinum VW, Nathan the service advisor had excellent follow up. I knew when my car was ready, he assisted with setting up my after hours pick up & communicated this well.
Service was completed and great as always… however the wait time for service to be completed on my vehicle was a little longer than expected/anticipated… as usual. The wait time was/is the only negative. Maybe they schedule too many appointments for a day? Though a loaner was offered it was a scheduling inconvenience to pick it up and drop it off as I don’t live anywhere near the service center. Had to go into work late as a result.
