Steven and Nathan are the best. Vehicle went in for something minor and upon their multipoint inspection, some major issues were found. They were able to get them taken care of in a reasonable amount of time with minimal cost. Would definitely recommend.
Always positive experience at Platinum Volkswagen whether purchasing or servicing. Sales and service staff are friendly and knowledgeable. During service, they take videos, showing what they are doing, and explaining what may need to be done which they sent to you for approval. Overall could not ask for a better group of folks!
I ordered passenger side mirror to change last Monday. But you ordered drivers side mirror to change it. They couldn’t change side mirror. Someone told me come again to change it next Monday. I spent a lot time. But I have a no choice. I was s very happy before. I am not happy today.
Amazing service, fast, responsive, work around your schedule. But also, no unnecessary services pushed, no pressure tactics, no suggestions to randomly flush fluids 30k miles early... Shout out to Danny and the reception crew for being great.
My 3 star rating is not overall inclusive of the customer service department but rather the services provided. Danny, my service coordinator was phenomenal and understanding. Likewise, the two ladies in the front. My vehicle was in the shop, in and out, for almost a month because the maintenance wasn’t done correct the first time. It was simply because the maintenance was done poorly. Twice it was due to a gasket that not being placed correctly, or something to that effect.
